🍫 Handcrafted Delight at Its Finest – A Must-Visit Spot! 🍨 I had the pleasure of visiting Schokoladen Manufaktur, home of the amazing Rosa Canina creations — and it was truly a delicious and heartwarming experience. ⸻ 🍦 Handmade, Organic Ice Cream Heaven The ice cream is handmade, organic, and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the Mango-Maracuja flavor, which was fresh, fruity, and bursting with natural flavor. Their menu offers a variety of creative and rich flavors — from Sicilian Blood Orange with 70% Belize Chocolate Chunks to classic favorites like Hazelnut and Chocolate — all made with top-quality ingredients and no shortcuts. ⸻ 🍫 True Chocolate Craftsmanship Their bean-to-bar chocolate is something special. You can even sample roasted and crystallized cacao beans, a rare treat! The fact that they spend 60 hours crafting each chocolate batch says everything. It’s a slow process — and the result is worth every second. ⸻ 🌱 Ethically Sourced, Thoughtfully Made What impressed me most is their commitment to ethically sourced cacao, transparency, and no compromises on quality. Their motto says it all: “Never sorry. No shortcuts.” ⸻ 😊 Friendly People, Lovely Vibe On top of all that, the owner and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their passion and friendliness make the experience even sweeter. They take time to chat and explain the details behind their products — you can tell they care deeply about what they do. ⸻ If you’re in Berlin, do yourself a favor and stop by this hidden gem. Whether you’re after a scoop of luscious ice cream or a bite of artisanal chocolate, you’ll leave happy — and probably come back for more!

We participated in the chocolate making workshop facilitated by Finn. First things first, the chocolate is superb and delicious! Finn is so knowledgeable, and provides a wonderful overview of every and any possible detail related to the end-to-end process of chocolate-making. From farming and procurement to climate implications on the chocolate-making process, he really taught us everything we could possibly want to learn. Only negative of the experience was two fellow participants who continuously asked questions that were possibly a bit close to becoming off-topic ;) not something Finn could’ve controlled though!

It is a place to buy amazing quality vegan chocolate. My personal favourites are the 83, chili and nibbs bars. We had a great workshop at this place. The guy giving us the workshop knew a lot about the farming, processing of cacao beans and making of chocolate. It is very nice tasting the beans at different stages in the process and to taste the chocolate made at Belyzium. One of the things I would recommend is to not mix English and German speaking groups. It makes the workshop unnecessarily long and in our case the German group was not happy I was asking questions (I had more than I have asked due to this).
