Situated just off Linienstraße and Torstaße in the heart of Mitte. A large and very atmospheric Vietnamese restaurant with ample seating outside in the courtyard during the months in Berlin that you can eat without freezing and a large comfortable interior ideal for couples and large groups of up to 20. Menu is not massive but does cover all the basics and includes sushi as well as all the traditional Vietnamese dishes. The drinks menu is as large as the food menu and is equally varied. We had the Orange Duck (which was fantastic), sushi, the burger, and wan ton. All were excellent. The service was incredible, bearing in mind it was Valentines Day, and so it was full from 6pm until closing time. Only small complaint was the rather pitiful Ginger Lemonade as this was basically water, 1 small quarter of lime, and some tiny ginger pieces. Not a lemonade and barely on the ginger spectrum! Don't order this one. Not impressed with that one, but to be honest, it didn't really spoil the overall experience as the rest of the evening was so good. Overall price for 2 adults and 2 children, (without alcohol) was under €80. Which I thought was extraordinary given the quality and portion sizes here. Highly recommended (as long as you avoid the ginger lemonade that is)!

One of my favorite upscale Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin and for a lot of reasons. The ambiance of this place is very special with various sitting styles, and there is also a lovely garden outside for the warm summer days. The attitude of everyone working there is exceptional, truly helpful and very friendly They have a huge menu, so a lot to choose from and something for everyone, whether different types of curry, healthy bowls or sushi, all are very tasty with a great representation of the dish as well. Some of my favorite starters are the chicken sate which is grilled to perfection, very juicy and tender and comes with peanut butter sauce and the beef carpaccio. For the mains I usually go with orange duck, the sizzling beef bowl or the salmon king. I love their sushi selection as well, especially the inside out salmon rolls. All this delicious food can be paired with refreshing cocktails If you are looking for a special night with great food, then look no further

What I enjoyed was the possibility to reserve a table in advance online without having to call them. We went there on a Friday evening. I was rather crowded but not too loud. The atmosphere outside is nice with dim lights in bottles hanging from the tree, making it cosy once you sit down. The food was really good with moderate prices. They range between 5-7€ for appetisers and 10-20€ for the main course. Drinks are about 10€ which is normal nowadays anyway. You can pay cash or with card. But I am taking one star off because we had to wait over 30 min until we were able to order, even if there is a bigger crowd at one long table, service should be able to coop with the entire restaurant. Another downside is the bar/nightclub right next to it as its crowd is in stark contrast to the one of royals & rice.

SHOCKINGLY RUDE BEHAVIOUR!

My wife and I dined yesterday at this restaurant and noticed all of the staff feeling the pressure of managing a large crowd and were understandably okay with the lack of attentiveness by the staff until the moment when one of the waiters aggressively responded to my wife for a simple question of "What's today's cake of the day?" That's when we lost all our cool.

What later followed was a string of empty and transactional "Oh we're so sorry" but none of the other staff actually wanted "another chance" to "repair the damage". Felt like the apologies were like "Ok could you pay and leave so that we have other tables to cater to?"

I've never experienced such an atmosphere in Berlin since the last 4 years of living and dining in an infinite number of restaurants. Our favourites have always been Vietnamese restaurants for the food and most importantly the hospitality and this experience has definitely dented our...
