Stilbruch Kitchen's English breakfast is a gastronomic delight that leaves a lasting impression. The hearty meal kicks off with a perfectly brewed cup of English Breakfast tea, setting the tone for the authentic experience ahead.
The star of the show is the traditional full English breakfast, flawlessly executed. The eggs, cooked to order, were a highlight, with velvety yolks that spilled onto expertly prepared hash browns. The grilled tomatoes added a burst of freshness, balancing the richness of the other components.
The bacon was crisp and flavorful, while the sausages were succulent and seasoned to perfection. Stilbruch Kitchen pays attention to detail, evident in the quality of their black pudding – a savory addition that elevates the dish. The baked beans, a staple of the English breakfast, were well-seasoned and provided a comforting, homely touch.
The toast, served with a generous portion of butter and preserves, was a delightful accompaniment. The presentation of the breakfast was visually appealing, showcasing the careful arrangement of each element on the plate.
Service at Stilbruch Kitchen was attentive and friendly. The staff ensured that every aspect of the dining experience met expectations. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot to savor a meticulously crafted English breakfast. Stilbruch Kitchen is undoubtedly a haven for breakfast enthusiasts seeking an authentic and memorable...
Read moreWe made a reservation and made a note that we were bringing a puppy with us. They provided us with a larger table to accommodate! That was very, very nice of them. (+1) We ordered the pankcakes and some coffee. However, the pancakes didn't arrive "warm and cozy". They were unfortunatley already at room temperature at the first bite (-1). The matcha pancake wasn't very good (-1). The berry pancake was acceptable. As with most resturants paying can take a bit longer (which is somewhat normalized at this point) however at the time of paying the first options are (10%+ tip). This is Germany, not North America. We tipped as we were happy with the accommodation of our puppy, but our friends did not tip for their luke-warm pancakes and the waiter wasn't very nice to them after that (-1). I would've also cancelled the tip knowing this behaviour afterwards.
I hope they take some feedback here and wish them the best. We live in the neighborhood and probably won't come back for a while as there's a lot of great brunch options in the...
Read moreThe pancake burger was awesome and delicious, but the service was poor. First of all I had to wait in line to be seated (which is fine) but when it was my turn to get seated the waiter picked few couples that came after me and seated them on a big tables, so why two people can sit at 6 places table and one not? So I had to wait more for the smallest table for two people. Again, couldnt couples that came after me seat at that table? I think they could. Then I had to wait to make an order even my table was in the middle of restaurant and waiters were constantly walking by my table. The same thing was when I wanted to pay. I had to wait. And when waiter came to get payment asked me if I want to leave a tip. I think it is rude for waiters to directly ask for tips, it should be customers own desicion. Tips are for at least good service, and when waiter preoritize other people than me making me wait more I dont think it is a...
