A Pizza Lover’s Dream – Storia, Pizza al Taglio
We just had an absolutely fabulous lunch at Storia, Pizza al Taglio, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We sampled five different toppings—Parma ham, fungi, Margherita, vegetarian, and pepperoni. Each was incredibly delicious, but the real star was the crust—perfectly crispy on the outside, light and airy inside, with just the right balance of chewiness and crunch. Every bite was a delight!
One thing that stood out was the passion behind the food. Chef Ali personally came out to greet us and took the time to explain how he achieves such perfect flavors and textures. You can tell he truly loves his craft, and it reflects in every slice. The service was equally amazing—Amarjeet was kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.
Next time, I’d love to try the zucchini topping, a vegan option that looked incredible! Storia has only been open for a little less than two years, but I have no doubt they are on their way to becoming a must-visit spot in Berlin. If you’re in the city and love authentic, high-quality pizza, this is the place to go!
Wishing them all the success—they absolutely...
Read moreI recently dined at this fantastic Italian pizzeria, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the pizza. It was nothing short of amazing. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the sauce had that authentic Italian taste that you can't find just anywhere.
I tried a couple of different pizzas, and each one was better than the last. The Margherita pizza was a classic favorite, and the Diavola with its spicy kick was a real winner. They also had a great selection of Italian wines that complemented the meal perfectly.
Overall, I can't recommend this Italian pizza restaurant enough. Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or just looking for a delicious meal in a cozy setting, this place has it all. I'll definitely be coming...
Read moreI have been a neighbor of this location for five years, back when the previous meatball business was here. I was genuinely looking forward to supporting the new Italian place, as I usually enjoy good pizza and a simple beer.
However, my recent experience left me both surprised and disappointed. A slice of pizza together with a small Berlin-brewed beer came to over €20, which is hard to justify when a full pizza in the area usually ranges €9–10 and an imported Messina beer is around €2.50.
Even more concerning, there were no visible printed price labels on the fridge, which is against EU consumer law requiring clear and transparent pricing. As a customer, I should not have to guess the cost until after paying.
Whether the bill was a mistake or not, it was enough to lose me as a client. I value fairness and transparency, and I cannot recommend a place where basic pricing...
