I recently visited this cozy place for the second time, and I have to say, it did not disappoint. The cafe serves great coffee and has a selection of cakes that will satisfy any sweet tooth. The place is undeniably beautiful and cozy, and I had high expectations because of that — especially considering the prices. However, I was disappointed with the service.

It took over 20 minutes to get a cappuccino and a slice of cake — both of which were pre-made. That kind of delay might be understandable during busy hours, but the restaurant was far from full (less than 20% of its capacity), so there’s really no justification.

Kompliment... Der Laden und auch der Außenbereich ist rappelvoll. 2 freundliche und kompetente Damen flitzen hin und her, um die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.

Wir sitzen im Innenbereich mit Sicht nach draussen.

Alles ist sauber. Unsere Bedienung ist super lieb und fragt auch, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, ob wir noch was brauchen.

Das "all you can eat" ist wahrlich reichhaltig, das wichtige, hier sind auch die Getränke im Preis enthalten. Der Preis gerechtfertigt.

Tipp: ob Kaffee / Kuchen / Frühstück es lohnt sich immer und man fängt ein wenig Charme der Stadt ein

.... Nachtrag: ... Hochachtung für die Mitarbeiter: 3 Damen sitzen draussen hatten Frühstück bestellt gegessen und sind dann einfach ohne zu zahlen gegangen.

So viel Augen können die zwei Mitarbeiter gar nicht haben.

Trotz Vorfall sind die Mitarbeiter Profis und lassen sich den Ärger nicht anmerken.

Grundsätzlich gesagt: Ich persönlich findes es eine Unverschämtheit, solche Gäste braucht niemand.

Dann soll sich niemand wundern, wenn due Preise wad höher sind. Wie soll man sonst die Dreistigkeit ausgleichen.
