Arrived around 19h40 order 2 entries -tomate mozzarella and fried shrimps,Tomate Mozza was fine nothing special but fine, Shrimps looked like they went directly to a frier and ZERO seasoning, Salad was served a side and it was the only tasting thing until the end of the meal. Yeah it gets worst, if we waited a bit for the entries we were served our food at around 21h20 so our 4years Baby waited 1h40 to eat his food has you can see the photos we waited all that to be served that thing they call food?? Imagine pay 70 Euros to eat a pizza that look like that, (Pizza Dough was really bad and the Cheese is really cheap quality, really far from a Mozzarella) and a sausage like that. IS EMBARRASSING WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN...

Great Hotel with a fantastic crew. They are very polite and supportive.

Apartment is clear, refurbished and well equipped.

The mattress is amazing! And as you'll need a good rest after long walks, it's perfect.

The location is great once it's near from the main Catedral and bridge, and by walk you can reach all the main famous view points of Köln (that will require some walk).

The restaurant at downstairs have great food and beers (if you got drunk, you have a lift to help you reach the room).

Strongly recommended, it was a gold nut find in Köln.
