Steakhaus Angusto — Restaurant in Cologne

We visited Cologne for the carnival and found this restaurant on Groupon, where we got a great deal—€20 for two people, including two portions of schnitzel with fries and salad.

Despite the lively carnival atmosphere outside, the restaurant itself was quite empty when we arrived. We ordered a Wiener Schnitzel and Cordon Bleu, and the meal started with a generous portion of salad as a starter. The main dishes arrived shortly after, and both were delicious and very filling.

One downside was the loud music, likely due to the carnival celebrations, which made it a bit difficult to have a conversation.

Great restaurant for plenty of choices of types/cuts of meat. Staff was very friendly trying to answer our English questions. They were able to accommodate our party of 7 on Christmas Eve.
