Today we were there first time. And the last, I think.. very expensive prices for the small portions. Not the best quality of the sea food and the service is very far from being kind at all. The strange man called himself like a “owner of this restaurant” asked me why I want to take a small bonbon lying for free for the clients on the bar counter, because my child asked me to do. And we had a dispute with this man-“owner”, who was so “KIND” to remind me that I paid the bill in his restaurant just for the eating but not for the sweets, costed 10 cents, really, unbelievable, never could imagine to hear nothing like that.. in many restaurants a staff take care about the clients and very kind with their diligence to satisfy the clients and to worry about the positive impression. But not here! This place is all the time filled by tourists because of its very successful locations, but nothing more! Unpleasant service and...

Wir kommen also eher...

Disrespectful staff: Had an unpleasant experience at La Tapas, one of the waiters was disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, he gave me a strange look, sizing me up and down. He told us they only had cold dishes left, which was understandable since it was late. However, when I quietly told my friend, “Sorry, I don’t feel like eating something cold now, I’m too hungry” the waiter suddenly cut in and said, “Then we don’t have any food for you.” with a very disrespectful look. If you believe he might be racist and if you cares, please choose other restaurants. I understand this could sound maybe not so racist maybe he just meant they don’t have warm food for me, you can judge for yourself. However, luckily or unluckily, as a person of color, I’m quite well-practiced and can clearly identify microaggressions and passive racism when I...

Unpleasant Dining Experience I dined at this restaurant, but the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, we ordered the JamĂłn IbĂ©rico de Bellota Gran Reservation 36 months, but what we received didn’t match the expected quality, and the color was off, leading us to suspect it wasn’t aged for 36 months. Furthermore, we were informed during ordering that hot meals were no longer available two hours before closing time. This was a clear oversight, as there was no prior notification of such a policy, significantly impacting the dining experience. To make matters worse, the attitude of the service staff was not particularly friendly, giving off an impression of possible discrimination against Asians. It is my hope that the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both service and product quality.

Very pleasant place, we were here on 31st of May without reservation and were directly seated to a free table. We ordered variety of 10 tapas, it was tasty but not enough for two, we thought about it upfront and got additionally the squid, garlic champignons and rounded it with cheese with truffle oil, and additional bread basket - then it was just perfect! Out of 10 small tapas for me the best were meatballs, the dumpling, dates in bacon and potatoes, the rest - not really impressive; from additions - all we chose were perfect from taste and cooked style, champignons came with super tasty oil for the bread; i can really recommend the place.

There are obviously better tapas restaurants out there, but overall this got the job done. Very nice wine—some as cheap at 4€, but this one was 8€. I didn’t find the menu itself to be too expensive. My entire meal was 24€. The chorizo soup was nice on a chilly evening. They have lots of heated lamps and fires going for a comfortable meal at any of the outdoor seating. Service is so-so, but nothing different that typical Europe restaurant service. At a bar just down from the restaurant a woman was singing great, chilled covers that lent the atmosphere an even cozier vibe.
