Today, I was blessed with a dessert so divine it felt plucked straight from the banquet tables of the fae courts. The strawberry ice cream I tasted was not mere food—it was an enchantment woven into frozen form.
The first spoonful was like biting into sunlight caught in ruby crystals. Each note of strawberry was vibrant and alive, not the dull echo of flavoring, but the pure chorus of a berry kissed by dawn dew. Cream swirled through it like velvet magic, wrapping the fruit’s brightness in a luxurious embrace that lingered long after the taste faded.
Its texture was flawless—soft enough to melt with grace, yet rich enough to remind me this was crafted for indulgence, not haste. Every scoop seemed to hum with summer itself, as though orchards of eternal bloom whispered through the chill.
And the color—oh, the color! A pink so radiant it could shame the petals of enchanted roses. Holding it in the cup felt like cradling a spell of joy, delicate yet brimming with delight.
This was no ordinary ice cream; it was a portal. With every bite, I walked fields of endless strawberries beneath skies of warmth, laughter, and golden light. By the time I finished, I did not feel sated—I felt transformed.
Final Verdict: 10/10. A dessert worthy of myth. If I could, I would crown this strawberry ice cream as the...
Read moreThis place is cheap for it's location, very tasty items on Menū. I personally ordered Tiramisu( it costs like 2,60 Euro) and a Mokka Ice Cream(this costs about 1 ,60 Euro). Both of them were huge and tasty.
My friends ordered some Ice Chocolate to drink (between 5 and 6 Euro I think) and it was enormous!!! They also ordered some other tasty ice creams and they were all very very good.
They also have very good, tasty and not extremely expensive items in Menû for Children. Just like Ice Cream Dolphin with a Kinder Surprise Chocolate with a small Toy inside it. They cost between five to seven Euros like I remember.
They had also very delicious Crepes with various Berries, fruits, banana mix plus Ice Cream on the plate. They were under 5 Euro I think and very very good looking and delicious(unfortunately my friends took bite before I could photograph it haha).
They have very friendly personal too. They were very fast and lovely.
I highly recommend this cafe in Dresden. Worth visiting because it is in the middle of the city and only few minutes from tram station. And 20 mins to walk to Main Station Dresden.
I will visit again when I...
We spent the night in the Steigenberger Hotel de Saxe directly at the Frauenkirche. As always, we book without breakfast and then go on a sightseeing tour in the city. This time we landed in Sinfonia. Although it is called an ice cafe, there is a breakfast menu. And that was more than enough for our needs. We took a breakfast for 2 persons (Geniesser Frühstück at 14,60 Euro). On my posted picture it is to be seen. There are 4 fresh, crispy rolls and 2 slices of wholemeal bread. Both delicious. The ingredients are all fresh, sausage and cheese in different variations, in addition 2 boiled eggs, vegetables, fruit. The coffee is prepared in a strainer and is delicious. I chosed an Americano, but it's not on the menu: double espresso filled with hot water. The ambience reminds a little of baroque, it's clean in the cafe. For breakfast for two the table is a bit small. But the fast service on this Sunday morning helped us to get the lack of space under control. During our visit there was NO card payment or mobile phone, cash was obligatory. On request, however, the waitress (owner?) assured us that we were currently looking for a suitable provider. So the problem should be solved soon! (Machine...
