Was very excited to visit and try this place just to be disappointed! I am a person/customer who distinctly observes a proper and excellent services and trying decadent and healthy food especially for a well known place for their reputation of good products but unfortunately this place didn't meet that for me. First, our server wasn't so pleasant to serve us nor showing a genuine smile when talking and taking our orders. We did complain for my order which it seems to look that he was doing us a favor of considering a change of my meal. huh! Secondly, telling us that our table was already reserved for someone else for a specific time which they have forgotten to tell us that before we sat and took our orders. I think that it is kinda rude when you only tell us just after & before we want to order desserts which we lost our interest anyway. It was like kicking us out right away! Third, the server (although) accidentally bum and spilled our friends beer WITHOUT even saying SORRY right away but just standing there while he was happily getting the payment from us. Is it really that hard to say sorry right away and show that you really do? also If I were him he could've have offered our friend to refill his half full beer glass which it is his fault when he instantly emptied it! Like what the hell is that kind of attitude you're employing there? NO manners at all! and worst part, he didnt even bother to run and wipe off our table after getting spilled with beer which FYI our phones were wet! Lastly, the burgers were bland and over cooked! Sweet Potato fries were burnt! Its a shame that all these good reviews I've been reading makes me wonder what happened to our orders and dining experience? (UPDATING) I realize that this type of restaurant is a big hit at the beginning and right after the opening. Last week I was with a group of friends celebrating my birthday and I was very upset with the service, the quality of the food and drinks. The food has declined in flavor, the drinks are a mixture of water with anything, without flavor. I ordered a Argentine plate, simple: salad, steak (medium rare) and 2 slice of bread. It comes without bread, the steak comes well done and it was ROTTEN! The taste was horrible, I couldn't eat it. Even the fries that were once crispy and delicious were mushy and withered not even salty. The point of meat in all hamburgers came well done. I believe that they no longer care about the quality of services. Now it's just marketing, unlike other competitors in the city who continue to deliver delicious meals. Do not go to this place, unless you want to be disappointed. The manager of the day was in a bad mood and wouldn't let us assemble an extra small table for my guests who had to join at a small table. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT this time. I won't come back and won't recomend any friend to go there again. Also no measure against THE WASPS, totally careless about customers comfort.

The restaurant is in a quiet backyard and the ambiance is very nice. You can definitely feel the surfer vibes although I wouldn't really need the two TV'S showing woman in bikinis all the time. You'll see online two different openings hours. On the homepage it just says from 4pm and Google tells u until 10 pm. Once u arrive at the place you'll see a sign telling u it's open until 9 pm. So which one is the right time? I had a reservation for 10 people from 7pm and they told me we can stay max 2 hours and the kitchen's gonna close at 8:30pm. It's really a shame if u wanna celebrate and then have to look at the clock all the time and feel like you're in a hurry as waiters ask every 10 minutes if you are ready to order food. Once we all got our drinks and food we got ignored as all the waiters and waitresses tried to get rid of all the other people. We managed to stay until 10 nethertheless but from 8:30 the temperature dropped, waiters started to clean and there was just a last drink before the bar closed as well. At least they left the music on for us. All in all not a nice experience, the waiter was not unfriendly but not really attentive either.
