Sultan Palast — Restaurant in Dresden

The interior didn’t take the owners much effort, it’s simple, seats not so comfortable. The visitors on the night that we were there were almost completely Arab men. We were two women so we felt not in place. The service was not even rude but almost hostile - we wanted nuts so we went to the bar. The person behind it met us with the question Was wollen sie? Literally: What do you want? I don’t know if the place was maybe anti-European or anti-female but it certainly made us remember that in some of the cultures that you can meet here in Dresden it is not allowed for women to go out unaccompanied by men. Great place to relax after work with your friends. Good hookahs, enough flavours available and even some specials. Definitely worth a try. Soccer games can be seen as well. Drinks are priced reasonable and you get some small snacks with your order. I can surely recommend this...

Wir haben den Sultan Palast durch einen guten Freund entdeckt und waren sofort begeistert. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und erholsam, perfekt, um sich mit Freunden zu treffen.

Das Personal, einschließlich des Chefs, ist äußerst aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Es wird immer darauf geachtet, dass man mit Getränken versorgt ist.

Die Shishas sind hervorragend. Sie können nach eigenen Wünschen und Geschmack zusammengestellt werden, bieten eine sehr gute Rauchentwicklung und sind äußerst ergiebig. Die Kohle wird regelmäßig erneuert, was für ein langanhaltendes und angenehmes Raucherlebnis sorgt.

Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und verlässt die Bar immer mit einem Lächeln. Ich kann den Sultan Palast jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen – ein Besuch lohnt...
