dies ist das allererste Mal, dass ich einen negativen Kommentar auf Google über eine schreckliche Erfahrung hinterlasse, die ich an diesem Ort gemacht habe. Ich bin mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine halbe Stunde zum Frühstück hierher gelaufen. Die Tische waren innen und außen größtenteils leer, obwohl es Reservierungsschilder an den Tischen gab. Die Kellnerin sagte uns, dass es keine Möglichkeit gäbe, dort zu frühstücken, da die Tische voll besetzt seien. Ich verstehe das vollkommen, nur den Kindern zuliebe. Ich hoffe, dass ich ihnen etwas zu essen geben kann. Ich versuche, sie anzuflehen und ihr zu sagen, dass Kinder hungrig sind und der einzige Grund, warum wir extra dorthin gefahren sind, darin besteht, dass ich die guten Bewertungen über diesen Ort gelesen habe. Ich wollte wissen, ob wir nicht einfach etwas bestellen und in einer Ecke im Hof ​​essen könnten, anstatt am Tisch zu sitzen … aber die Kellnerin unterbrach mich einfach und sagte: „Nein heißt nein! Verstehen Sie das nicht?“ Das ist nicht möglich. Sie benutzte keine höflichen Worte und der Ton war der unhöflichste, den ich je in meinem Leben erlebt habe. Ich glaube, sogar die anderen Leute um uns herum, die ihren Tonfall hörten, zeigten das peinliche Schweigen, ganz zu schweigen von den Kindern, die mich ansahen und versuchten zu verstehen, warum sie so aggressiv war. Ehrlich gesagt hat sie uns und meiner Familie den ganzen Tag verdorben. Ich hoffe, die Kinder werden von diesem Unfall nicht betroffen sein, aber offensichtlich haben sie Angst vor der Haltung der Kellnerin. Dieses Lokal verdient keine guten Geschäfte und gute Bewertungen. Das ist die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich persönlich je gemacht habe. Ich hoffe, niemand sonst erlebt das Gleiche wie ich.

this is the very first time I left a negative comment on google about a terrible experience I had at this place. I walked here for half an hour for breakfast with two small children. The tables were mostly empty inside and outside, even though there were reservation signs on the tables. The waitress told us that there was no way to have breakfast there because the tables were fully booked out. I completely understand that, just for the sake of the children. I hope that I can give them something to eat. I try to beg her and tell her that children are hungry and the only reason we made a special journey there was because I read the good reviews about this place. I wanted to know if we could just order something and eat in a corner in the yard instead of sitting at the table…but the waitress just interrupted me and said "No means no! Don't you understand?" That's not possible. She didn't use polite words and the tone was the most rude I've ever experienced in my life. I think even the other people around us who heard her tone showed the awkward silence, not to mention the children who looked at me and tried to understand why she was so aggressive. Honestly, she ruined the whole day for us and my family. I hope the children will not be affected by this accident, but obviously they are scared by the waitress' attitude. This place does not deserve good business and good reviews. This is the worst experience I have ever personally had. I hope no one else would experience...

My daughter was looking forward to get a specialty Matcha Latte, unfortunately it’s not possible to sit there if not reserved in advance.

As I promised we bought one to go, unfortunately walking outside in rain didn’t make the experience great.

Service was slow due to waiters being busy, but the guy serving us was quite friendly.

My warm Matcha Latte was unfortunately one of the worst I had so far. It tasted only like lukewarm milk with a hint of some flavor. Every Starbucks serves a better one, maybe not the same quality but definitely better taste….

If you don’t have a reservation, don’t even try to go here. The staff is quite unfriendly and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was raining outside but we couldn’t sit inside (because we didn’t have a reservation) even though almost all the tables inside were empty.
