Eis Cafe Roma is the go-to spot for a true Italian ice cream experience! With a rich menu of ice creams and drinks, it's a treat for everyone.

We tried the coffee and three different ice creams, with the Spaghetti ice cream stealing the show—visually impressive and absolutely delicious.

The staff were warm and professional, doing their best to communicate in English and offering great service.

Bonus: There's a restroom downstairs.

We decide to go here because it was in Altstadt and looked decent. We ordered a few hot chocolates, Cappuccino and ice cream. All were bad. It is tough to screw up a cappuccino/ hot chocolate

When it was time to pay. I went inside and specifically told the serve, we would like to pay by card and they said okay sit on your table and they will be there.

After a while the server comes and says the card machine can’t be brought outside and you must go and pay inside.

It just didn’t make sense to me Won’t be visiting this...

Eiscafé Roma ist ein wahrer Schatz unter den Eisdielen. Ich war super zufrieden mit meinem Besuch und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Spaghetti-Eis war unglaublich lecker, die Portionen großzügig, und die Qualität des Eises einfach hervorragend. Es schmeckte genau so, wie man es sich bei einem echten italienischen Eiscafé erhofft – cremig, vollmundig und mit einem intensiven Aroma.

Die Getränkepreise sind absolut fair, was in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich ist. Besonders bemerkenswert war der einzige Kellner im Lokal, der trotz der vielen Gäste alles im Griff hatte. Er war freundlich, aufmerksam und schaffte es, allen Gästen das Gefühl zu geben, willkommen zu sein. Die Wartezeiten waren überraschend kurz, was angesichts des Betriebes im Café wirklich beeindruckend war. Seine herzliche Art hat dem Besuch noch das gewisse Extra verliehen.

Eiscafé Roma ist eine wohltuende Abwechslung zu den vielen neuen, hippen Eis- und Yogurt-Cafés, die überall aus dem Boden schießen. Hier bleibt man der Tradition treu, und das spürt man bei jedem Besuch. Das Café strahlt eine klassische, authentische Atmosphäre aus, die einen sofort nach Italien versetzt.
