Pardo's by lemonpie — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

As a tourist from San Francisco near Napa Winery. I think I just had one of the best Riesling here. And Apple pie is as good as what I remember. I sit myself and there's menu on every single table, there's instructions on 1st page on the menu that you can download English Menu. People from Dusseldorf look cold outside but warm inside, I actually think the staff is very nice here after some conversations. Nice place with fancy decorations. But when we ordered food it took more than a hour to get served even not on peak hours (from 14:00 to 15:00).

Bad customer service,they did like they didn’t even care. The food was not that bad . But it took so long and customer service was bad.
