We tried to make an appointment a week before thru telephone, they told us that we don’t need to make an appointment we should just come and they have enough sit for us. They only make an appointment if we are 6 people . We came on 09:30 we talk to the manager and she said we could set for an 1 hour ( 60 minutes ) and we said ok we ordered coffee and co.

After we take our first food. A guy come to us and they told us to pay and we should stand up , after 35 minutes while we’re eating . They force ask to leave. We told him that we talk to her manager, and he just said , I don’t have no time to discuss with you.

No Time Management / Bad Management. It's ok to say no we are fully booked . The manager and server were very unfriendly.

Food is OK. The quality of the food is very poor. It’s better to spend your money on cafes and 5 stars hotel in the near, they also offer breakfast. You might spend 5 € more but the quality is better than ALEX.

Very Loud, you cant even talk properly.

Unprofessional , in German they say : der Ton macht die Musik. I think the server don’t know how to talk nicely. It’s not in his vocabulary.

The location is ok. They have no Parking Area! You need to park either on the street or somewhere else.

If you still want to come and visit the place. Make an appointment via email, make sure you got an email that you have successfully booked!

Outside of the place looks like it’s clean and has class but this is only outside. The first and the last time to...

Me and my friend went for the first time to this place for a brunch all you can eat. We were seated outside and l asked 2 different waiters several times regarding how does this brunch deal works and how to order the food. They assured me that I can order food from the menu, so we did that. We ordered mediocre raclette burger, orange juice ( as we thought it’s included to brunch menu) and several cups of coffee. Everything was ok until we got the bill. Apparently 2 different waiters told us wrong and in the end our bill was way bigger than we expected. I asked what should we do, but manager said that it’s not their fault and we have to pay that. There were no apologies, nothing at all. And I asked several times before ordering food about how does this brunch thing works!

I am soooo disappointed with this place and don’t recommend...

Wir waren mit einer großen Familiengruppe (13 Personen)zum Sonntagsbrunsch am 1. Advent dort. Tischreservierung war sehr unkompliziert. Die Auswahl des Brunschbuffet's war wirklich sehr umfangreich. Neben den üblichen Wurst- und Käseplatten gab es einen sehr guten Weichsel ala Camenbert, Lachs mit Meerrettich, sensationelles Rührei und Spiegeleier, beides auf den Punkt, obwohl in Warmhalteboxen, war das Rührei kein bißchen trocken, sondern locker cremig und die Spiegeleier mit leicht krossem Eiweiß am Rand, durchgebratenem Eiweiß und wachsweichem Dotter, also perfekt. So gutes Rühr- und Spiegelei habe ich in der Gastronomie bisher nur in England erlebt, wo das Rührei und die Spiegeleier ausschließlich auf Bestellung ala Minute zubereitet werden, daher: Hut ab. Auch der Rest kann sich sehen lassen: krasser Bacon, Würstchen (die bei uns obligatorischen "Nürnberger"), dreierlei Frischkäse, Butter, Margarine (leider in den portionierten Plastiks hälchen), Marmelade, Honig und Nutella gab's sowohl als auch fertig portioniert in Plastik aber auch zum selbst portionieren in den typischen Eßpapierschälchen oder Porzelanschälchen, durchaus gute umfangreiche Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Schwarzbrot, Graubrot, Körnerbrot, Croissants usw., Gemüsesuppe, Thunfischpasta, Putenbraten mit Sauce, diverse Kuchen und Desserts und Pancakes (dazu heiße Kirschen) (Schoko- und Vanillepudding, selbst hergestellten Mangojoghurt. Für jeden, der Buffet bestellte gab's ein Glas O-Saft dazu. Ansonsten Getränke extra. Es gab immer reichlich am Buffet, benutze Teller und Tassen wurden immer zeitnah geräumt und es konnten stets neue Getränke geordert werden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sensationell, das Personal suoer nett und trotzdem locker und entspannt.
