Most of the stores are empty. The ones which are not empty are close! Only Ground floor has stores other floors has much empty shops and this gives a bad feeling. Quite expensive materials in the shops, but seems to be very highly quality. This shopping mall is about interior design, sofas, tables, wood...

Teure Möbel, edle Weine, Beckstein Klaviere, teure Designersachen. Das ist irgendwie Luxus, den man meist nicht braucht, aber gut zu Düsseldorf (Oberkassel, Kaiserswerth, Niederkassel, Angermund) passt. Alles nett gemacht, aber alles auch so klinisch, rein und sauber, dass bodenständiges Wohlfühlen schwerfällt. Ausser im Keller, wo die beliebte Tanzschule Frieling ihre Kurse gibt.
