Habe zwei Bowls bestellt – eine Chicken Avocado Bowl und eine Bulgur-Köfte Bowl. Lieferung hat 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten gedauert, obwohl der Laden nur 10 Minuten entfernt ist. In der Chicken Avocado Bowl fehlten einfach ALLE wichtigen Zutaten! Kein Reis, keine Avocado, kein Granatapfel, keine Croutons – stattdessen eine einsame Gurkenscheibe, eine Prise Mais (wohl dosiert mit der Pinzette), 2 traurige Oliven und ca. 5 g Möhren mit bisschen Salat. Ja, ich hätte fast geweint – aber dann hätte ich die Bowl aus Versehen gewürzt. Das Hähnchen war ein trockenes, TK-Fertigfilet, einfach lieblos angebraten. Die Portionsgröße? Lächerlich klein, maximal 100g Salat für 12 €. Die Tahinsauce hatte keinerlei Geschmack. Ich hatte hier früher bestellt, da war es in Ordnung, aber mittlerweile ist das Essen totgespart. Für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Zum Glück von Uber das Geld erstattet bekommen.

Отлично, вот адаптированный отзыв с названием: ⸻ Simple & Fresh — это маленькое сокровище в центре города, которое легко можно не заметить. Снаружи всё скромно и без лишнего шума, но стоит зайти внутрь — и начинается совсем другая история. Боулы здесь просто шикарные: свежие, сытные, идеально сбалансированные по вкусу. Видно, что всё сделано с любовью и вниманием к деталям. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — невероятно тёплые и отзывчивые люди, создают ощущение, что ты в гостях у хороших друзей. Теперь Simple & Fresh — мой личный must-visit, когда хочется чего-то вкусного и полезного без лишнего пафоса.

This restaurant delivers very bad quality. I explained this in previous review very clearly.

Reasons: Delivery times are horrible, estimations off by 60+ mins Delivery persons are very unfriendly

Note: I ordered there once per week for many months.

Instead of focusing on fixing these issues there only concern is to ban these reviews. My previous review was deleted.
