One star is already too much for this place. By the way this is an self-service restaurant which means you have to order food and drinks at the counter all yourself.
The price you pay is overpriced for the amount of pasta and taste you get. I ordered a big €10,90 cocktail that was disgusting, I nicely asked if i could get a new one because i don't think anybody would like it, but the answer was no it was my own fault because i ordered the drink myself.

The staff is super slow, because the chefs in the kitchen are standing with their arms crossed waiting for orders. Also the waiting line was too long so you have to wait 30 minutes to make your order +15 minutes waiting for your order...

Honestly we didn't look at the reviews before we tried this place, it was just in our list as its located at the most happening street in Düsseldorf and you just can't ignore when you visit Schadowstr... But its a worth visiting... Yummy and tastiest Pizzas and Pasta... Awesome drinks(non-alcoholic)... We had Penne Arrabiata and Pizza Vegitarisch... Just the way we like. Pasta sauce was tasty with jalapeños it was completely hit... Also had IPanama and SanFrancisco in drinks while the former was lemony, later was fruity just the way we wanted, not too sweet... Visited this place on a Saturday noon after 2pm. It was very crowded. The ambience of this place is okay, tables are placed way too close to one another. The order can be placed at the counter where they also checked the vaccination certificate. We had ordered a Vegetarian pizza and Pasta Arrabiata along with a lemonade. Had to wait for 10-15 mins to get the ordered served. The pizza tasted good. The highlight was the pasta which tasted really good. The lemonade was great too.
