never again!!

we were at EisCafé Riva today for a ice cream before we catch our bus.Sunday afternoon it was crowded. we hardly order our ice creams, 10 min later we asked waiter about it and he said 5 min later we will have it.. with that information we wanted to cancel it. So when we went to Chef, she said 'they do it right now and we muss go our table and eat'. When we try to explain situation she start to shout that "its not her problem" behind her stand. Than she also change her language and start to speak in German that we have to pay it.

When we offer her to put it in a take-away packaging. She said its not possible ( where normally they have this packagings)

While these happenning, waiter put ice creams at our table which was at the outside to act like nothing happened. Nice portions, cheap ice cream but unfortunatelly very rude attetute from Chef ( who normally able to fix a problem), she will remind us a lot about eating Ice cream in Erfurt.

Wir waren heute im Eiscafé Riva, um ein Eis zu essen, bevor wir in den Bus stiegen. Nachmittags war es voll. Es war schon schwer unsere Bestellung aufzugeben, nach 10 Minuten haben wir den Kellner gefragt und er sagte 5 Minuten später wir werden es haben. Mit dieser Information wollten wir es stornieren. Als wir zum Chefin gingen, sagte sie: "Sie machen es jetzt und wir müssen zu unseren Tisch gehen und es essen. Als wir versuchten, die Situation zu erklären, fing sie an zu schreien, dass "es nicht ihr Problem", w hinter ihrem Stand ist während sie hinter der Theke blieb. Dann änderte sie auch ihre Sprache und begann auf Deutsch zu sprechen, dass wir sie bezahlen müssen. Als wir ihr anboten, es in eine Take-Away-Verpackung mitzunehmen, sagte sie, es sei nicht möglich (wo sie normalerweise diese ToGoVerpackungen haben).

Während das passierte, brachte der Kellner das Eis an unserem Tisch, welcher sich im Aussenbereich befand, und tat als ob nichts passiert wäre. Schöne Portionen, billiges Eis aber leider sehr unhöfliche Chefin (die normalerweise ein Problem beheben können sollte). Sie wird uns immer ans Eis essen in...
