Definitely this is one of the most amazing places in Erfurt. The Atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the staff, everything is just perfect. We ordered Prawns as starters, Apple Cider, 2 Nigiris as part of the chef creation, Spicy Tuna, the suggestion for pairing the food was just perfect, so just ask the waiters and definitely they make you the best recommendation. The dessert was just the topping for the perfect night with a Sesame Crème Bullere… as you heard it, Sesame, don’t be scared to go for new things … if you don’t feel confident enough then go for the Strawberry dessert, classic flavors but with a little surprise than can take you back to childhood in a second. What an amazing experience we had eating at Nashi our last night in Erfurt. The sashimi was perfectly prepared and so fresh, each fish buttery, delicious and beautiful. Lauren was a gracious and helpful server. Fresh wasabi hand grated at our table. The miso cod and pickled vegetable plate were a perfect combination. We had a fantastic experience at Nashi! We went with the Chef’s Choice and also ordered sashimi, and both were absolutely top-notch. The fish was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and the flavor combinations really showed the chef’s skill and creativity.
