Read moreWe went there for my friends birthday. We ordered food and drinks for about €150 in total or even more. My friend's girlfriend made him a birthday cake so we ate it there. Then waiter came and said that we have to pay for the cake €20. We asked where is it written that we have to pay them for our own birthday cake. He said that it's in the menu but there was nothing like written there so we made it clear to him that we are not paying these €20 for our own cake. After that we lost any wish to stay there and we went to pay. Waiter wrote my bill on the card reader, €24,65, then deleted it, wrote €44,65 and said that I can pay now. I told him that this is not my bill. Then he deleted it again and wrote the correct bill. Unbelievable. Besides this incident the food was good and the drinks were good and waiter's attitude up to this point was fine however I am not going to come here again and I warmly recommend to everyone avoid this place.
Today (16.01.2020.) I recieved an email from Google removals that Bar Helium claims my review false because my name doesn't appear in any documents and I need to edit or delete my review so basically they call me and 9 of my friends a liars. However we were there and this happened. I have sent my bank statement where is clearly visible that I have paid the aforementioned amount of money to the Bar Helium. Read more[update 17/01/2020] I received an email from Google, because apparently the restaurant owner complained that I was not a “known customer” and my review violated his rights. Instead of doing something constructive to address negative reviews, I’m disappointed that he has turned to such lousy measures to try to block them. I happen to have a picture of me in this wretched place—sorry I didn’t leave my name in your guestbook. Because of this, I’m dropping my review to one star.
