My recent experience at Bar Null Sechs Neun was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, I found almost every aspect of my visit to be negative.

To start with, the drinks were far from satisfactory. The quality was subpar, and it seemed like little effort was put into preparing them. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and did not live up to my expectations.

What was even more concerning was the behavior of the staff. Not only were they unfriendly and unhelpful, but their behavior crossed the line into racism. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of any establishment.

Adding to the frustration, the prices at Bar Null Sechs Neun were surprisingly high given the low quality of both the drinks and the service. This combination of overpricing and poor quality left me feeling ripped off and dissatisfied.

In conclusion, my experience at Bar Null Sechs Neun was overwhelmingly negative. From the bad drinks and overpriced menu to the unacceptable behavior of the staff, I can't find any redeeming qualities about this establishment. Siamo arrivati e ci hanno fatto entrare per poi stare in piedi ad un tavolino per 20 minuti prima di poter ordinare , ci hanno dette che ci avrebbero spostato subito dopo ad un tavolo normale dove poter stare seduti , ma da lì ci hanno solo fatti accomodare al bancone del bar , facendo sedere altra gente , forse amici che conoscevano , e noi ancora ad aspettare ! I narghilè sono arrivati dopo 30 minuti , ed erano di pessima qualità , non tiravano , erano sporchi ma soprattutto i gusti non erano quelli descritti nel menu , questo nel mio paese si chiama truffa ! Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare il gusto , nel senso che non era love 66 , e loro sono venuti a da noi , spavaldi dicendo che era love di squamenta ! Questo fa vedere quanto sono ignoranti in materia di Shisha , poiché love e un gusto unico di Adalya , e se non c’è , va specificato che è di un altro brand fake ! Ma comunque nonostante questo , ci hanno fatto perdere 1 ora nel loro locale aspettando un tavolo normale ed un servizio sufficnete , ma erano molto agitati e dicevano a noi di stare calmi , noi che stavamo seduti , avendoci fatto pagare già in anticipo al momento dell arrivo eravamo come bloccati da questa situazione imbarazzante, quindi abbiamo deciso di andarcene ! Si vede che è un posto per poveri dove la Shisha costa 17.99€ ma anche se è così , non è mai giusto regalare soldi per un servizio che non è stato effettuato . Abbiamo quindi regalato loro 80€ per 3 Shisha e 2 gin tonic che non abbiamo più avuto voglia di bere ! Ma non finisce qui , quando scendevamo le scale siamo stati inseguiti dalla cameriera con i capelli scuri che gridava verso di noi di dover pagare , al quale mi sono girato e ho risposto che abbiamo già pagato in anticipo e non abbiamo neanche ricevuto il servizio , ma poteva tenere i nostri soldi perche ne avevamo già perso fin troppo tempo in quel posto ! Non ci hanno creduto e ci hanno trattenuto con la forza nel locale finché la cameriera è andata a chiedere a chi avevamo pagato ! Ma scusa ? Perché ? Se ci avete fatto pagare subito , e forse questo l iter da seguire ? O anche questo è un atteggiamento di truffa nei confronti dei clienti stranieri ? Li fate pagare subito così poi non si possono lamentare ? Fatto sta che è stato tutto fuori dalla norma di un locale normale con normative europee , cosa che voi in Germania dovreste dare l esempio di un paese dove si rispettano le regole , ma neanche ci avete lasciato una ricevuta ne uno scontrino ! Fuori legge e anche aggressivi , visto che sotto i buttafuori ci hanno intimidatori di non muoverci finché non verrà controllato se abbiamo pagato ! Al quale quando la ragazza è tornata , ci ha fatto un gesto con le mani come se fossimo dei cani , dicendo , ok you can go !!’ Scusa ? Ho detto ora me ne vado ma almeno chiedi scusa , e lei ci ha di nuovo mandato a quel paese nella sua lingua e i buttafuori ci hanno spinto fuori dal locale ! Spero che il titolare o il direttore ci lasci il suo numero qui sotto in risposta al nostro commento e che vengano presi dei provvedimenti nei confronti del suo staff , perché non si sa mai chi nei davanti , e i clienti vanno trattai...

Towards the end of the evening, I wasn't feeling well, and while we understood that it was time to wrap up, the approach taken by the staff was highly unprofessional. Without any prior notice, a bouncer was sent to our table, instructing us to leave within just 5 minutes. When one of my friends requested a bit more time due to my illness and inability to move quickly, the bouncer's response was quite callous, suggesting they could physically lift her but still insisting on the 5-minute limit. Adding to our discomfort, the staff engaged in heated and offensive exchanges, using inappropriate language in German.
