We stayed there for a few days in the summer ..||No problem checking in , yes there is a small elevator but to be expected in these old buildings, it was no problem always worked fine.||The room was a little dated but clean and to me thats the main thing..bathroom and bed linen was clean , the room wasn't big but it was fine for us as really all we wanted it for was to shower and sleep , then out most of the day..||The main problem was there was no air conditioner, didn't realise that most places in Frankfurt had no air ..even the shop staff were outside every chance they get, it was quite hot when we stayed there , the other thing was the curtains , although were block-out they did not cover the window well and we had to tape the ends to the wall to stop the sun from coming in as we had the afternoon sun facing our room and only had a small fan in the room..that made it uncomfortable..needless to say we spent most of the time outdoors..||The continental breakfast is great , dining room very modern and clean and always breakfast is well stocked.||It is in the best location, very close to Romer square and with many shops and restaurants all within walking distance, the river is also very close by ..Hauptwachehe station is also an easy walk away.||I would certainly stay there again if in Frankfurt you cannot get a better location for...

Me and a friend are in the city for a concert. We live about 3 hours from Frankfurt so we had to spend the night and this hotel looked great especially for the price. However the price and there being two (pretty clean looking) beds is the only good thing about it. As a woman visiting with another woman this is absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t have picked this hotel if I knew about it - There is no reception and the Hotel is open to pretty much anyone wanting to get it. So being in the middle of the city with lots of people and men walking past this open entrance saying “HOTEL” above it, it is very dangerous. We didn’t spend a lot of time in here but while being almost asleep we were awoken by a knock on the door and a male sounding voice. Immediately put a chair in front of the door but that doesn’t offer lots of safety either way. On top the room isn’t really that comfortable or clean and I personally don’t feel comfortable showering. The room next to it is very close and you can hear every word said. So no privacy as well. |All in all I really wouldn’t recommend this unless you really can’t spend anything more. The price is good, but what is offered isn’t worth the...

If you are plus size, don't bother. Showers are super slim and you cannot fit in them or as you finally fit in, you feel like you will break it. Room was in... Okayish? condition overall, curtain was ripped from the middle, the door was extremely difficult to open (we almost had to break in, even with right code) and bathroom lightning.. Well, there was a "light". Sink's faucet was moving alot when you tried to use the sink. Carpet in the room was bit messy looking, but bed and bedsheets were okay. We were able to hear everything our neighbors were saying so I assume they heard us too. The entrance was open 24/7 and smelled bad. Not the safest option, as anyone can just hang out in the corridors. Dealing with this hotel (and the company behind it) was absolute horror, as Google or the third party I used to book the room doesn't have correct number to their customer service. They also don't answer any emails or messages, which is alarming. I would give that 0/5 to be honest, but apparently I have to give something. Location was 4,5/5. Super close to perfect. Basically only good things were...

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs – Unsafe and Unhygienic I booked a room for two nights and had to leave immediately due to the unacceptable conditions. The hotel poses serious health and safety concerns. 1. The room we received looked nothing like the pictures online. It was extremely dirty, with a strong smell of cigarettes both in the room and the hallway. There were visible stains everywhere – on the carpet, furniture, walls, and even the bathroom. 2. The worst part was finding a live cockroach in the shower and bedbugs in the room. We had no choice but to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and find alternative accommodation. 3. Security is also lacking. The front entrance was left open, allowing anyone to enter freely. Given that the hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by bars and intoxicated individuals at night, this is highly concerning. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value cleanliness, safety, and peace of mind.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! It’s not save for your health. Terrible place. 1. Booked a room for 2 nights and got no. 33, the pictures on booking are totally different from the room we got. It was too dirty with a terrible smell of cigarettes (not only in the room, but also in the hall), there were lots of spots (carpet, furniture, walls, bathroom). 2. The last thing was an alive cockroach in the shower and bedbugs. We left the hotel without staying even for 1 night and were forced to look for another one at 12 am. 3. The security is also terrible since the entrance door was opened and anyone could enter the hotel, but it’s a city center with lots of pubs and drunk people during the night time 4. Elevator doesn’t work and the stairs are too small, having a luggage becomes a big problem when you try to get to the third floor

Minus zero score . I could not check in as there is nobody there and no assistance at all - except a broken check in screen. The receptionist at their nearby sister hotel, did not even look up from his computer screen when I asked for help. He just repeated he couldn’t help. I was shocked at his complete lack of assistance- complete indifference to my situation. Beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. Other travellers arriving faced the same problem. I had to find another hotel at 6 pm in central Frankfurt. Which cost double. I am chasing booking for a refund but haven’t received a reply and did not get a reply from the hotel either. Do NOT stay here, non existent service! Booking.com should strike them off their list.
