Absolutely a stunning place to visit whilst in Frankfurt. I read about the bar/cafe and its amazing concept. And the massive support they provide to the community. I was honoured to be there for two days in a row. Had a remarkable experience and time. Literally met genuine human beings in there. Utterly down to earth. Warm welcome from the minute I got in with big massive smile. Staff ( volunteers) are soooooo lovely. Whilst I can’t recall all of their names but hats off to gorgeous Mark and his beautiful partner. Food was divine. Serivece was second to none. On Sunday , I met amazing guys at their afternoon tea ( cake and tea). And enjoyed watching the guys whilst dancing. It melted my heart. Without a shadow of doubt the most amazing spot I’ve been so far. It gave me a huge wake up call and delivered a message that our community is just stunning, and we should definitely be nice to one another. Thank you guys for having me. Habe nach wie vor ein ambivalentes Verhältnis zu diesem Lokal. Die Idee und die Speisen sind gut. Allerdings wird man hier als jemand, der nicht zu den regelmässigen Gästen gehört mit einer gewissen Nachlässigkeit und Geringschätzung bedacht. War letztens Mal wieder an einem Sonntagnachmittag dort und wurde gekonnt 10 Minuten übersehen. Gäste die später nach mir kamen, wurden dagegen freudig begrüsst, da bekannt etc.. Auch wenn viel los ist, kann man mal zumindest ein „Hallo ich komme gleich o.ä.“ erwarten…mit diesem Verhalten wird man seinen eigenen Ansprüchen und Grundsätzen nicht gerecht…von daher weiter viel Spass mit eurem Stammpublikum…

Das Lokal der Aidshilfe Frankfurt. Das ehrenamtliche Personal, ein Lob, gibt sich so so viel Mühe, einen tollen Service zu organisieren. Top. Speisen und Getränke sind für kleines Geld zu haben. Alles schmeckt prima. Dienstags sind die Getränke bis 21 Uhr günstiger, Mittwoch Klassiker aus Frankfurt. Geht hin, es lohnt sich, und ihr unterstützt die Arbeit der AHF. 😚

I visit the café regularly to enjoy coffee and cake, particularly because I know the proceeds support people with AIDS. Unfortunately, my last two visits were unpleasant experiences. During the most recent one, I asked a waiter if I could sit at the bar, and he agreed. However, a few minutes later, his colleague rudely instructed me to move, and I paid and I left without even getting my ordered cake and coffee. The service was disappointing, and I wouldn’t...

The worst gay experience in Frankfurt. No warm welcome, we were waiting for drinks that we ordered for like 30min. As a member of LGBTQ+ community I really didn't feel welcome here. I guess they care more about "regulars" here, but ok, I'm sure I'll never be back here. The drinks were fine but if you wait for them for 30min and it's not busy then what's the point....
