Metta Thai — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Traveling from Munich to Frankfurt and I craved for Thai Food (to be specific a good and authentic creamy spicy coco curry). It was ideal for my spontaneous crave that this Thai restaurant was literally 5 mins away from the central station.

Ambient was great, from the entrance to the lights, it felt really modern homey. But the service were exceptional. Not only was I allowed to charge my phone, they were friendly, answered a lot of my questions to frankfurt and tried to gave me the room to relax and calm down from my journey.

Food - Price ratio was very good ( I mean we were super central in Frankfurt, in Munich it’s way more expensive). And my craving was 100% satisfied. Hidden germ and must try: the mango sticky rice is out of this world trust.

Will go there for sure whenever I’m in Frankfurt for a snack and also for a bigger dinner. Many thanks...

Went here last Saturday with three friends. Our waiter was super friendly, charming, and spoke great English. I have to admit we were a bit difficult at times, but he was so patient and explained everything to us, even though the restaurant was packed. He had everything under control and even informed us that the food might take a little longer. To make up for the wait, he offered us complimentary prawn crackers.

Ich schreibe eigentlich nie eine Rezension, denn wann war das letzte Mal, dass ich so wirklich zufrieden war? Bei Metta Thai war dies aber der Fall mit ganz besonderem Hintergrund.

Meine Mutter entschied sich an Ihrem Geburtstag für dieses Restaurant. Ich rief an, gab alle relevanten Informationen, Reservierung ging problemlos.

Erster Eindruck: Das Ambiente, selbst die Auswahl des Geschirrs wirkt sehr luxuriös/bedacht. Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich und schnell empfangen. Das Essen hat meiner Mutter, ebenfalls asiatischen Ursprungs mit hohen Standards, wenn's ums Essen geht, sehr gefallen. Breite Vielfalt, Essen wird wie treu der Kultur serviert und meine vegane Freundin ist auch sehr froh darüber, dass vegane Gerichte angeboten werden.

Eine Bestellung ist in einem Missverständnis leider untergegangen. Allerdings wurden wir für unsere Wartezeit auch entschädigt, was nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Der Abend ging weiter und wir alle hatten unseren Spaß.
