The waiting time was too long, and my companions and I only took a sip of the milk tea we ordered before having to throw them away! Charging over 6 euros for a small cup is highly unreasonable. We didn't get the quality we expected for that price. In Frankfurt, you have more choices! You can buy a larger cup of higher-quality milk tea for less than 6 euros at least!

The excessive hype surrounding this shop makes it impossible to make the right choice!

Some people in the comments say that if the queue is too long, we can choose not to wait and buy. Instead of complaining, I want to say that we stood in line to buy the milk tea precisely because of the shop's hype! Rather than asking customers to keep quiet about the long wait, why can't the shop improve its efficiency and address the core issue of excessive waiting time?

Regarding slush drinks like the purple rice or the crunchies, the shop clearly knows that they are affected by the hot weather in terms of taste. So why don't they make adjustments to make them more delicious or simply stop selling them? Why insist on selling them? Is that how responsible they are for their own products? Is that how they treat customers? When a product has issues, shouldn't they make adjustments before selling it or simply stop selling it?

I've made a purchase at this shop! I spent money and didn't get the corresponding quality of the product, so why can't I leave a negative review? Should I think twice before giving a positive review? I paid for a product that left me unsatisfied, so I should provide my most honest evaluation!

Regardless of what flavor of drink each person likes, even if they drink ten thousand cups a day and love it, it doesn't matter to me! I simply don't like it! Nobody has the right to interfere with my preferences! Just because you like it doesn't mean I have to like it too! I'm just...

I have mixed feelings with this shop. I know the brand from my trips in China, and loved it. However, the Frankfurt branch does not meet up with my expecations. One time, they stated that leaving an unwanted ingredient out is not allowed due to company policy and they only do it one time as an exception (sorry, uhm... what?) Another time, the employee was not capable of using the POS , causing the price being higher than it should be according to the pricelist. They then stated that the pricelist was wrong? And the third time, an employee that appeared to be somewhat ill was working with drinks in a way that I was happy that she did not touch my drink. The drinks, however, where aways good, but the customer experience is far away from what I...

I am familiar with The Alley in Vietnam, and I have to say that I enjoy the drinks here in Frankfurt just as much as there. I went through the reviews and I am appalled by some of the comments, especially the negative ones. Why complain about long waiting times when you can clearly see a long line in front of the store?! It's obvious that it will take a while. No one is forcing you to join the queue.

Secondly, the current weather is so hot and humid that slush drinks like the purple rice or the crunchies may not turn out as optimal.

Please think before posting your negative thoughts on Google.

Also... I have ordered the Crunchy Tiramisu several times and I would order it again and again. It's one of my favorites! 😍

Best regards to the...

this is one of the best boba store in town with lots of creative & signature options. Despite the rush hours or busy times they still managed to deliver your order pretty fast and your cups are always full. I always get my boba as I ordered so there is nothing to complain about. Their bobas are always tasty, no matter which one you choose. Their menu is very moderate but is still very unique. They also do change and updated their special offers every few months, which I think is very cool for the costumers, so they never get bored. I really recommend this boba store for everyone who loves to try something new and different.
