Ohhhh what a gem! A delicious case against Zionism, I realized, as I found Zion not on the map but in the gastronomic medley of hummus tabouleh, israeli salad, green zhoug and, hallelujah, two loaves of challa. First I thought heard myself chomping down, savouring every bite for as long as possible ("chew your food!" Underwhelming. I was surprised by how overhyped this place was. The place is located in a rough area, the waitstaff pretentious, and the drinks lacked any sort of punch, practically watered down. Maybe a Friday night was not the best time to go. I made a fatal error going here rather than the Hunky Dory or Logenhaus, at least the drinks and atmosphere are strong at...

Stumbled upon dieses coole Hideaway mitten im Bahnhofsviertel und ich war echt überrascht – es fühlt sich an wie eine völlig andere Welt. Die offene Küche ist ein absolutes Highlight. Echt cool, direkt zusehen zu können, wie dein Essen zubereitet wird. Auffallend ist, dass das Klientel hauptsächlich aus White People besteht, während alle Mitarbeitenden POC sind – ein interessanter Kontrast, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, wie sehr das Bahnhofsviertel von seiner Diversität lebt. Das Service-Personal ist top-notch, mega freundlich und immer ready, besonders wenn man mit der etwas kreativen Menükarte mal auf Kriegsfuß steht. Geschmacklich war das Essen okay, hätte mir aber definitiv mehr Würze gewünscht. Den Granatapfelsaft kann ich nicht empfehlen, aber das Chillen auf der Dachterrasse und der Sour – absolute Empfehlung. Einziger Downer: Die Preise sind schon ziemlich hoch. Trotzdem, für den Vibe und die Location kann man das mal machen. Solid 4 Sterne. Wird nicht mein letzter Besuch...
