Traffic Snack — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Hello, Today I come to your store. Between 12:30 and 12:55, I buy one vegan chocolate from a man worker. He wear glasses. I was in hurry, I pay fast. Then I see chocolate croissant, I want to buy it too. I go to a woman worker. But she act bad to me. She not want to help me. She send me back to her coworker. I feel it is because of how I look. Like racism.I see the man worker get angry with her, maybe because she don’t help me. But still, I feel sad. I feel not welcome. I feel she not like me. This make my heart heavy. I cannot stay quiet. I used to like the food there, especially the buttered bretzels and the Mama+Papa sandwiches. However, the quality and service are not what they used to be. Instead of a Salami Cheese sandwich I found Ham and Cheese in the bag (despite I said "salami" twice loud and clearly). The sandwich tasted dry and looked as if it was done in a hurry ("not home made and made with love"). Then there was only a tiny piece of the bretzel buttered. Next time I will prepare my sandwich at home. With love... but I hope the quality of the snacks will improve back to the quality I used...

Had 5 different vegan option including cake! Awesome. Coffee was good as well. 5 stars if staff would be a bit more polite. To be fair they were a bit stressed, but also very effective getting everyone served quickly to get their trains. A friendly face wouldn't hurt though. ;)

I have to take a star off, the coffee I had there today was one of the worst I ever had. It tasted burned and I had coffee grounds in my foam. It was definitely different the last...
