Bun Pho Hang — Restaurant in Hamburg

Eating at Bun Pho Hang was a great coincidence. My family and I were looking for a place to eat and started raining when we were in front of it. A kind lady invited us to stay inside until the rain was gone. We have decided to eat there and was great. The last was really kind and the food was something I would definitely eat at every meal. I absolutely don’t recommended this place. If negative stars were an option I would choose that. The food was okay but the service was atrocious. When paying the old lady owner mocked and yelled at us demanding cash only. It was difficult to understand but luckily there was someone there to translate the situation. We then understood that we needed to pay in cash. There was no need for her to bark at us like a rabid Vietnamese German Shepard. I hope she reads this review. Avoid at all costs. Food: It was not so tasty. I ordered the grilled pork with noodles. I would say the pork was not grilled/crispy enough at all. spring rolls were okay. Chicken fried rice was hilarious. :-(

Staff: Staff behavior was too worst. I am totally disappointed with this. Also, they take ONLY CASH (No signs were kept mentioning this).

Environment: It was okay, and bit spacious. No complaints.

Overall: My dinner date was ruined completely. Sorry to say! But, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this...
