Cleanliness is unknown as concept here...the furniture is old (I get it, that is the concept) but the grease and dirt on it is just disgusting. Food rest from the previous guest were just left behind (I don't feel like cleaning before I get a seat). For the record: the dark grey colour on the seat is not a shadow, it is a huge greasy stain. The worst was the restriom: omg the smell of it! The worst train lavatory smells like violets compared to it! Urins stains on the seat included. Coffee and snaks really, really good, althoutgh after experiencing the "cleanliness" I am in an alert mode if my stomach would decide a bit later, that the taste was a trade off not worth...

Mein Besuch im "May Café" in Hamburg war echt enttäuschend. Schon als wir reinkamen, dröhnte die Musik so laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte. Wir haben 2 Kaffees und 2 Dürüms bestellt und dafür 20 Euro hingelegt. Aber anstatt freundlich bedient zu werden, haben wir von der Mitarbeiterin einen echten Unfreundlichkeits-Marathon erlebt.

Die Geschichte wurde noch seltsamer, als nur die Dürüms serviert wurden, die Kaffees aber irgendwo verschwunden sind. Wir haben gedacht, dass es vielleicht stressig war und haben gewartet. Aber nix da. Erst als wir nachgefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Kaffees wohl schon seit 20 Minuten auf dem Tisch standen. Angeblich sollten wir von alleine draufkommen, den Kaffee selbst zu holen. Warum zur Hölle hat uns das keiner gesagt oder die Kaffees wenigstens angeboten? Übrigens, den Kaffee habe ich mir dann selbst geholt.

Das Beste kam noch: Der Kaffee, der dann endlich kam, war eiskalt. Natürlich habe ich ihn zurückgegeben. Wir haben höflich gefragt, ob sie ihn austauschen könnten. Aber die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen haben uns echt schnippisch abgewiesen und den Kaffee nicht getauscht. Als wäre das nicht genug, haben sie auch noch behauptet, dass sie uns angeblich gesagt hätten, die Kaffees stünden schon bereit, und wir hätten es anscheinend nicht mitbekommen. Was für eine Frechheit!

Und als krönenden Abschluss haben wir am Ende dann auch noch 20 Euro bezahlt für geschmacklose Dürüms. Die ganze Aktion war echt unprofessionell und das Personal war total unfreundlich. Dieser Besuch im "May Café" war ein echter Reinfall. Ich werde da sicher nicht nochmal hingehen und kann es echt...
