Copenhagen Coffee Lab — Restaurant in Hamburg

We wanted to order 2 latte and stand inside(standing tables in the entrance) to drink. The cashier asked us to wait for his colleague to get the order as we are going to drink inside! As his colleague was so busy and struggling to collect the orders and payments, we found a free place to sit after several minutes of waiting. Then I noticed two ladies just arrived in the café, got their coffee in normal cups(not take away) from the cashier without any problem and stand exactly where we were in the beginning! We finally left the place after more 15 minutes waiting to place a simple order for two latte. Overall 30min I give one star because of the unprofessional behaviour as there was no reason for the cashier to refuse getting the order from us and accept from next persons after us, considering he was not busy at all as well as...

Super delicious and cute cafe with great interior design. Very close to the city hall and the Alster. Perfect for a small break or studying. Although the tables are very close together and there is very limited space. I had a Bagel with Avocado and salmon (5,90€) and a chai latte. Service was super friendly and made you feel at home. The food was very delicious and fairly priced. The atmosphere was incredible. A few students and a few tourists. It was pretty full and the outside seating area wasn’t available. I'm not one to leave 1-star reviews, but the Copenhagen Coffee Lab in Hamburg truly deserves less than one star. The service wasn’t just bad or uncommitted; it was downright rude and almost disgusting! I had to ask three times if I could order at the counter, while the staff member just stared at me blankly. I’ve never experienced anything like that. I can understand one person having a bad day, but there were three people working, and all three were the same.
