Dock 3 - Beach Club — Restaurant in Hamburg

This beach tent/club is located at the water near the Reeperbahn (10min walking). Altho not located at a beach its still has the atmosphere as one, there is sand placed in the club it selfs . With chill music on the background and cool drinks being surved. There is not a lot of variety of kinds of food. Great day at the bar. In conclusion, the toilet lady at Dock 3 Hamburg Bar exemplified the epitome of exceptional service. Paid for a pizza and they completely forgot my order, the staff then said a sarcastic sorry and began to be rude. Very unpleasant moment for me. The need to work on their customer service skills.

I waited for about 25mins for the pizza before I approached the staff.

They should’ve been completely apologetic not rude and arrogant. the service unacceptable.

Also I never received my refund so they stole €11:50 from me. Good man Thomas...
