Domino's Pizza Hamburg Innenstadt — Restaurant in Hamburg

I loved Domino’s Mexico, that’s why I didn’t expect such place in Europe to have that awful way to exist. We ordered a pizza and 1l Coke to eat in. It took 20 min to prepare the pizza. We got a pizza to go in a box without napkins and Coke without glasses. We got a feeling like the personnel didn’t want us to be inside the restaurant. By the way, we were the only ones there, besides the place has many seats for the customers. We didn’t want to disturb the guys, so we just ate the pizza like homeless and drank Coke one after one from the bottle 🤷🏻‍♀️

When we asked for the toilet, the guy that had a shift that day, told that they don’t have one! And I need to go straight and MAYBE I’m gonna find it somewhere there. But it’s not sure.

I do not recommend this place, even when every store is closed. Find somewhere...

We came here for an early dinner. It was a matter of grabbing food fast before an event. I wouldn’t have picked this spot otherwise.

The atmosphere is far from inviting. We were basically ignored by the staff for probably five minutes. After we picked and paid our food we waited in the seating area. There was radio playing from speakers. The frequency was not correct and so there was a lot of static. I asked them to change that, but it stayed the same.

Food arrived after a while and was okay. Nothing to write home about. It’s the kind of greasy food that gives you acid reflux.

When we left we said goodbye - only to be ignored again. I can’t recommend eating here. It might be different when you order...

Domino's is a chain restaurant, yes, however, in Germany it only acquired another chain a few years ago. This is a far cry from the quality of domino's in e.g. UK and Ireland if you're used to that, but prices are the same. Pizzas are almost always undercooked, actually mostly raw dough even. A lot of times the pizzas even lack in flavour, I'm not sure how they achieve to do that since the ingredients should be more tasty. You can get better pizzas by microwaving freezer pizza from local supermarket, this domino's is best avoided...
