Fleetschlösschen by Daniel Wischer — Restaurant in Hamburg

This is not the first time I ordered food here, normally I do take out. This time we reserve a table in advance, they arranged a table which is exactly under the stair. People constantly go up to WC and we can feel that the dust is falling down. This is not the worst experience, we waited there for over 20 minutes for “eating” dust, no one came. But the waitress served every one who came later than us. People who did not reserve got better tables and could already order. We feel 100% ignored. Seems like it is not the “ first come first serve” rule in this restaurant, but “ who is closer to waitress who gets quicker serve” rule. TERRIBLE. And when we decided to leave and tell the reason, the waitress looked shocked and said “ No problem”, apparently she needs...

The girl at the counter must have thought I was stupid and blind. I told her my son and I wanted to have dinner. She said we had to wait for 45 minutes, but all the people before me in the line didn't have to wait. Then she told me we could sit anywhere outside, although there was a sign that said "wait to be seated". I asked her about the difference between two dishes and she put faces. Then when I came back to pick my order, there were no forks in the basket, so I asked her for two forks and she said, with another face, that there were forks in the basket, she said "here" looking at the empty basket and then going back to pick some. We were looking for a restaurant to graba quick dinner as we got stuck in Hamburg, due to an incident at the train station, and we stumbled upon this place via Google Maps. It was a little bit disappointing that they didn't have all the food items on the menu, however it was after 8PM on a Friday and that's understandable. We were a group of 3 so we ordered what was left on the menu, but the French fries were 💯, the fish & chips was well done and the Curry Wurst was a delight, the hering Burger was more than filling for one person.,however we devoured the fries.
