I bought a €10 umbrella here on May 22nd, and it broke in less than a week. One of the metal rods came apart, even though I only used it during light rain. When I asked about a refund or exchange, the seller simply said, "Unfortunately, we can’t offer any guarantee." I was also told, rather unconvincingly, that I was "the first person to ever complain."

This left the impression that they’re selling low-quality goods and take no responsibility once you've paid. The second star is only because the saleswoman was polite – otherwise, it would be one star.

Der Geschäftsführer, sowie die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl an Handyhüllen ist hier riesig, so wird hier bestimmt jeder fündig, aber auch die Auswahl an weiterem Handyzubehör ist groß. Hier werden alle Fragen rundum Handy und Laptop beantwortet und auch sehr gut erklärt, so das es jeder versteht. Die Reparatur Zeit ist auch sehr angemeßen und alles zu fairen Preisen. Die Souvenirs und Postkarten sind alle sehr schön und für Touristen genau das richtige hier. Die bezahlmöglichkeiten sind hier auch gut, entweder zählt man Bar oder mit Karte. Die Lage zudem ist hier auch sehr gut gegeben, man hat alle Verkehrsmittel die man brauch um dorthin zu kommen.
