Das Herzblut ist sehr leicht zu finden inmitten der Reeperbahn. Von außen wirkt es ehrlich gesagt klein, ist jedoch im Inneren sehr geräumig. Zwar ist es etwas dunkel gehalten vom Stil, finde ich persönlich jedoch nicht störend. Reserviert hatten wir vor mehreren Wochen online, was reibungslos verlief und uns einen gemütlichen Platz verschaffte. Die Karten waren wie so oft mittlerweile, wohl nur digital zugänglich. Auswahl war sehr gut, auch die der Getränke war top. Preislich war es okay, halt so wie es in Hamburg typisch ist. Bei den Getränken hatten wir ne Happy Hour erwischt, somit hatten wir hier preislich etwas Glück. Die Bedienung war die entspannteste, freundlicheste und auskunftsreichenste überhaupt bisher. Von so viel Freundlichkeit fühlt man sich glatt erschlagen im ersten Moment. Also hier kann man nur sagen: super! Das Essen und die Getränke kamen sehr schnell und es war auch extrem lecker. Das einzige was mich wunderte war, dass man mich nicht fragte wie ich meine Steaks haben wollte. Mir ist es an sich egal, jedoch andere wollen sicherlich nicht medium oder so. Toiletten waren leider nicht allzu toll. Die rochen sehr unangenehm, waren jedoch sauber. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Abend. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals vorbei kommen, sollten wir wieder nach Hamburg kommen.

Det første vi støder på er en tjener som bare er mega negativ, og ligner en der ønsker vi bare ville smutte igen, hun er bare sur og sender utroligt dårlig karma fra sig.. Vi bestiller noget mad og drikke, og først kommer drikkevarerne hvor der er gamle og halvrådne mynteblade i, det påpeger vi men bliver affejet med at det er ganske normalt, og at de ikke fejler noget 🤢 Plus så er det ligemeget hvad du bestiller af drikkevare da der er så meget sprut i du ikke kan smage forskel.. Vi har bestilt 2 ribeye bøffer, og da de kommer spørger vi om det er de rigtige, det får vi af vide det er, og vi sidder og begynder at spise af dem.. Der går lidt og hun kommer så tilbage og fortæller hun nok havde lavet en fejl og serveret de forkerte, begynder hun at ville diskutere og hvorvidt vi måske skulle have fundet et steakhouse at spise på, hvortil jeg nævner hun har en rigtig dårlig attitude og at vi på ingen måde føler os velkomne, hun virker ligeglad og tilbyder at vi kan få vores drinks gratis som plaster på såret.. Vi skynder os at spise færdig og komme væk derfra.. Alt o alt et sted jeg aldrig ville sætte mine ben igen, især når der er så mange gode steder på reeperbahn med god mad og god betjening..

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice, dark atmosphere and dim lights. I had a Currywurst with a Mojito. I found the whole thing a bit expensive; the mojito was very aesthetically pleasing but the sugar was not mixed in at the bottom which made it too sweet. The Currywurst was ok. Ordered and brought the food very quickly I thought!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT / BAR ! Food was rather average, but the service was a absolute catastrophe. After we paid almost 400 Euro for our table and trunk the last beer next to our table (10 cm from the table). The service guy started screaming without any polite remark and then starte pushing me with violence out of the bar as I was a criminal not respecting the rules and not paying the bills. This is service without empathy. Justifying this due to Conrona reasons was ridiculous since we we were all vaccinated. Lack of communication and service skills were so obvious. Do not go to this...

Can't comment on quality of food , since we couldn't get past the rude and unreasonable hostess who for whatever reason requested level of documents as if we crossing country borders. Vaccine proof, USA identification and a picture of passport apparently is not enough to dine in this establishment. She also requested our home address and original passport. And proceeded to lie in our face that no restaurant in Germany would accept us without original passport. We easily got in at a pub...

The Hotel I work in, booked the entire Club/Restaurant for a staffparty once. It is a nice Club. The staff is friendly and really cool. The bar has a big selection of alcoholic beverages and you can sit really nice and in the middle is a big dancefloor. The food we had was not the best, but had a big Buffet it was not the things that you can order from the menu. But just a reminder for tourists. IT IS NOT THE BEST CLUB ON...
