Absolutely beautiful inside, food was sooo good it was amazing.... BUT the waiters were a joke. The whole night was so ridiculous. We asked just about some things about food because we are not that familiar with turkish food and he just looked at us like we should know what it is without explaining whats in the dish. Both waiters stood there and watched at everything snickering and literally laughing at everyone. It was so uncomfortable sitting there. I really think different waiters would make this restaurant briliant but this was just not it. Male waiter was busy flirting with everything that had long hair and legs, all girls were so uncomfortable it was painfull to watch. He even asked people to leave after they finished their dinner so some random girls can sit. People that were asked to leave were so uncomfortable and just shocked at the audacity they even pointed out they reserved the table in advance but he insisted. I am really sad we spent money here. Good food and nice decor is just not worth to be uncomfortable the whole time.

Sorry to the owner you can see he/she put a lot of effort into this place but please find better waiters because I am not coming back to be judged and those people that sat next to us are definitely never coming back because of...

During my stay at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel, we were in the mood for some good Turkish food. Ardi showed up on Google Maps with excellent reviews, so we decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad we did!

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant had a cozy yet lively vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal. Kamran, who took care of us, was exceptional. His service was friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel right at home. He truly went above and beyond, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

We ordered the Beyti kebab, chicken with rice, and a chicken wrap. Every dish was cooked to perfection—flavorful, fresh, and well-seasoned. The portions were generous, and you could tell that a lot of care went into the preparation. The balance of spices and textures was just right, making each bite delicious.

Beyond the food, the overall experience was fantastic. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere made Ardi a place I’d happily return to. If you’re looking for authentic Turkish cuisine in Hamburg, this spot is a must-visit....

The food and atmosphere was nice but the service was horrible. The waiter was very rude and talkative. He gave us dips without any bread, when we asked for it instead of apologizing and giving us the bread, he said he throws away so much bread everyday, he did not feel like giving it to us.
