StrandPauli — Restaurant in Hamburg

Strand Pauli is a unique spot in Hamburg that combines the relaxed vibe of a beach with the urban energy of the city. Amazing outdoor setting and exterior as interior design !! Food is okay but I told them that I am allergic to tomatoes and milk products and they put ketchup in my burger and tomatoes in my avocado smash. :-( The waitress was kind but we changed waitress 2 times in 1 hour... a bit confusing. Also when we wanted to pay we waited 15min to actually pay and there where only like max 10 other guests inside the restaurant...

I will come back due to the interior and exterior design feel but not because of their service. I am also a little disappointed with their selection of alcohol like gin and rum - it's not the best they have... but I guess people don't care when it's in a cocktail and some can't taste it. But I thought it says a lot about a bar of they only have cheaper booze.

All in all a nice place with a view and next to the harbor.

Be careful with parking on the street as there is police even on sundays and it's impossible to see the signs as the trees and bushes...

Me encanto este lugar / total verliebt in diesen Ort / Totally in love with the environment of this place. We went there to have another view of Hamburg, as you don't think that you can find beach in the middle of Germany, but this place is magic, because it can teleport you to a place in Bali or Phi Phi. I was feeling the same sensation when I was there. It is a big place with different places to sit at, it has a restaurant with delicious cuisine (in one of my pictures you can see the menu and prices, its kind of cheap place, that serves pizza, burgers and desserts) also an inside bar and another outside. The outside bar has the floor with sand, so it helps to create the beach scenario. It has music alive and dj. The view is really nice as you can see the river, the harbor and the ships passing by. For me it's a MUST in Hamburg, it was another vibe that you won't find in the city center or another tourist fancy...
