I was surprised they don't make cappuccinos & co. with milk alternatives (soy/oat/... milk) the only option was to have a black coffee and add some oat milk. The food offered is standard, nothing special and the variety depends on the day and time of day. The quality is also normal/good. everything good except this one lady who doesn't know how to treat customers. Please tell her to be respectful or get rid of her!! After seeing the comments below from several customers I can clearly see that it's the same lady who has been treating people badly for the past several months. When do you plan to take an ACTION...

An unfreundlichkeit und unprofessionallität, zumindest bei dieser Dame, nicht zu übertreffen. Da betritt man 14Uhr als Familie, in der Kälte den Laden, um sich mit heißer Schokolade und Kaffee aufzuwärmen. Und bevor man was sagen kann, bekommt man ins Gesicht gebäffzt "Wir machen nix mehr, es gibt kein Frühstück, wir schließen um 15Uhr". Habe sie dann mal freundliche darauf hingewiesen, das wir 1. mal überhaupt nix, von essen oder irgendwas anderem gesagt hätten und 2. nur Kaffee und Heiße Schokolade trinken möchten. Das ging dann zum Glück doch noch um viertel nach Zwei. Wäre uns nicht kalt gewesen und hätten wir uns nicht auf's aufwärmen gefreut. Wären wir wieder auf dem Absatz umgedreht...
