Absolutely stunning little café. The coffee was good, the lemonade was amazing and the chocolate tarte was just about the tastiest thing I've eaten in a long while. The atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable, very inviting and no one was complaining about me taking off my shoes and lounging around on a sofa with a book. It's very relaxed, and all the staff interactions I had were very pleasant. I didn't have cash on hand, but while they don't accept card payments, I could pay with PayPal, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this is one of my favourite cafés, not just in Karlsruhe. Das Café haben meine Tochter und ich heute zufällig gefunden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auf die "Kinder Sofa Ecke" hingewiesen, wo wir es uns auch gleich bequem machten. Mit den Büchern und der Mami auf dem Sofa fühlte sich meine Kleine wohl heimelig, denn sie hatte sogar ein Lächeln für Dejan und ich konnte mich entspannen, weil sie nicht Reißaus nehmen wollte. Es gibt auch Puzzle und Wachsmalstifte für die kleinsten Gäste. Der Kaffee und das Apfel Grumble waren lecker. Meine Tochter bekam noch einen Mini Cappuccino 🙃👌🏼 Es war ein rundum schöner Kaffeestop. Ich bin begeistert und werde sicher wiederkommen.

Während der Rezension ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich mehr von dem Cafe selbst als von dem Kaffee und Kuchen geschrieben habe. Das ist es wohl, was als Mutter zählt: dass sie entspannt sein darf und das Kind happy ist. Ehrlich gesagt würde ich wohl auch wiederkommen, wenn der Kaffee schlecht wäre 😁🙈 Es ist leider nicht so selbstverständlich, dass Kinder willkommen sind und nicht als Lärmbelästigung etc...

We visited a place that was pleasant in every way. Comfortable couches, friendly and smiling staff, and delicious pie. This cozy spot makes you want to stay with a laptop for a while. As a suggestion: it would be great if the coffee were more of a specialty quality. Other than that, thanks to the team...
