How does a place that oozes class only get 3*. There are positives. The 80pc cocoa hot chocolate rocks like thin Lizzy (look it up kiddies). The cakes look the goods but the only one I try, kugelupf (well, my mum called it that), is so dry, I reach for the nearest liquid to avoid asphyxiation...thank goodness it was the sample for my parole officer. The breakfast is generous for €11, but I'd prefer less and higher quality. The bread is poor par bake, and most of the cheese not really the goods. The meats and butter are good, as is the marmalade. The egg is freshly cooked. The chocolates seem worthy, but are eye wateringly expensive. I think this is one of those places that with experience, you can choose well consistently. The service too is very welcoming and caring, if not pushed...

The best place in Kassel to drink REAL hot chocolate (with the best density!) and cakes made with good ingredients and incredible flavors. Definitely a place where you will want to go again and again.

The service was good, the girls working there were very helpful with us, showing all the cakes and explaining their ingredients and opinions for us.

The place was not very crowded at 12:30 but at 02:00 it started to be full and even with people waiting for a seat. We meet some ladies, with very nice outfits and a very friendly dog, that politely asked to seat with us bc outside was so cold. So apart from good food, they have good clients.

10/10 PS: They have cakes without pork derivatives, so is also great...

Bodenloses Frühstück gibt es schon länger nicht mehr, stattdessen gibt es das "Single Frühstück". Das ist immer noch sehr gut, üppig und immer noch hübsch angerichtet - kostet aber auch mittlerweile 14,30 Euro. Klar, Inflation, Personalmangel, verstehe ich alles. Aber anstatt "fast jeden Samstag" komme ich jetzt nur noch einmal im Quartal.

Nach dem Lockdown endlich mal wieder hier, Qualität, Abwechslung und Preis/Leistung des "Bodenlosen Frühstücks" ist immer noch ungeschlagen. Man kann auch ohne Test draußen sitzen, die Plätze sind aber natürlich begrenzt und begehrt.

Nach wie vor mein Lieblingscafé in Kassel, gibt nirgendwo ein besseres Frühstück. Das bodenlose Frühstück kostet mittlerweile 8,90 Euro, Preis/Leistung ist aber immer noch ausgezeichnet.

Die "Chocolaterie & Patisserie Christian Bach" ist mittlerweile mein Stammcafé in Kassel, ich bin häufig am Wochenende zum Frühstück dort. Ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht! Das "bodenlose Frühstück" wird immer wieder leicht verändert, das finde ich gut. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Tolles Frühstück! Gibt nur drei Variationen zur Auswahl. Aber beim "Bodenlosen Frühstück" kann man sich kostenlos Brötchen und Belag nachbestellen. Stark!
