NORDSEE Kassel Obere Königstraaße — Restaurant in Kassel

This was my first time in Kassel, and unfortunately, my experience at NORDSEE Obere Königsstraße was very disappointing. I had to repeat my order twice just to get the staff’s attention — it felt like they weren't taking me seriously at all. I ended up waiting double the time compared to other customers, which was incredibly frustrating.

When the food finally arrived, it was messy and not worth the €20 I paid. For that price, I expected a well-prepared meal and better service. Instead, I left the place feeling angry and regretful.

Very nice area and a good area what made me rate it badly is the customer service it was very very bad like I’ve never had such a bad restaurant service and I’m talking about the workers there they were so rude to me I tried to ask a question in German and since I didn’t say it correctly they all started laughing at me in the counter which is the reason I didn’t even order food there it’s all about the customer service how would I even enjoy the food if I am not enjoying the customer experience the workers there were so rude to me making fun of me and that’s why it’s a low rating this place had my expectations but it failed it also has...

Зазвичай не очикуєшь від мережевих закладів нічого особливого, але саме тут навіть незадовго до закриття ми відчули себе по справді бажаними гостями. Хлопець на лінії видачі їжи дуже уважно і тепрялче вислухав наші забаганки (а з нами було три малих дитини, які не відразу могли вирішити, що ж вони хочуть)) і потім все нам приготували. Отже залишились тільки позитивні враження від цього закладу та персоналу. Впевнений будемо ще вертатись сюди знову! Дякую за досвід і чудовий рибний ужин!

Usually, you don't expect anything special from chain restaurants non high-end, but right here, even shortly before closing, we felt like truly welcomed guests. The guy at the cash desk listened to our requests very attentively and patiently (and we had three small children with us, who couldn't immediately decide what they wanted)) and then they prepared everything for us.
