Mijori Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Lübeck

I had Udon and Sashimi.

The Udon was cut in bits, i was later told they do that as the locals eat udon with a spoon. Fair enough, but it was clear from the start that I can use chop sticks. Ok, you are not observant, not to be faulted.

I did not feel there was any service, you are asked what you want to order and after that you sit and wait at the counter till your food is ready and brought to you. No smile no nothing. The people are just engross in their tasks.

The food was nothing to write home about, and the price did not help make the evening any sweeter.

Run by Chinese, japanish quality can't be found! Do not order ramen, it is a Chinese soup with added noddles, no dashi, no mirin, no sake taste, no pork, no egg,...
