We have ordered or picked up pizza here a few times. It's a pretty good pizza and the place looked interesting so we decided to go. We expected it to be busy so made a reservation. That know one even knew about when we go there. They often confuse orders take ok phone and online so it was almost expected. What followed was not. They assigned a dirty table next to the counter with floor brush and dirty plates. The place was full so that's possible but just say you don't take reservations and save this issue. But we were seated on this after cleaning but no table cloth, bread crumbs and beer rings still on table. Any ways we got another table after someone left, hoping this one will be cleaner and not in way.. but Still with a dirty tablecloth and leftovers from the people who had just gotten up. The waitress first put the fresh cutlery on the dirty tablecloth and then used a hand broom to sweep the leftovers onto the floor or on the sitting benches. Of course, the tablecloth, which was dirty with grease stains, was not exchanged.

When you order a 4.90 euro large beer, you expect it to be 500 ml and cold, not less full and warm. The two pizzas came very quickly and tasted good as always.

But a really sad dining experience for decent pizza. I can say this place is good only for order. I wouldn't eat here again after this unfriendly service. And it feel a bit disgusting and unhygienic to eat from...

Leider ein wenig zufriedenstellender Besuch in dieser Pizzeria.

Ich habe hier zum ersten mal vor Ort gegessen und war leider negativ überrascht. Die Tische waren nicht ordentlich gedeckt und teils nicht sauber. Das Besteck wurde einfach einfach auf den Tisch "geklatscht". Die Sitzmöglichkeit war leider sehr unbequem. wir saßen auf zwei Sofas/Ledercouches und beide waren bereits durchgesetzt und nicht gepolstert. entweder man saß in einem Loch oder auf einem Stützbalken. Die Deko war leider sehr unordentlich verteilt. Bücher flogen im Regal rum und auf den Fensterbänken standen wild irgendwelche Antiquitäten. Das ist jedoch Meckern auf hohem Niveau und nur an Menschen gerichtete die nichts mit einer unruhigen Atmosphäre anfangen können. Die Pizza war leider so mehlig, dass man permanent Durst hatte. Ich habe mir eine Cola bestellt. Auf der Karte unter Coca-Cola angeboten, habe ich für 4 € bei 0,5 L lediglich eine billig Cola, die mehr nach Wasser als Cola geschmeckt hat, bekommen. Die Bedienung war zwar sehr freundlich, was ich klar als positiven Aspekt hervorheben möchte, jedoch schien sie wenig Interesse an dem geschehen im Restaurant zu zeigen. Sie hat sich mit ihren Kollegen und Kolleginnen in eine Ecke verzogen und kam auch erst auf erneute Zeichen zu unserem Tisch, damit wir bezahlen konnten. Zu Beginn unseres Besuchs sagte uns die junge Dame, dass Kartenzahlung aktuell nicht möglich wäre und ich ersatzweise mit Paypal zahlen könne. Zum Ende des Aufenthalts legte Sie mir jedoch ohne ein Wort ein Kartenlesegerät auf den Tisch und fragte verwundert wieso ich mit Handy versuchen würde zu zahlen, da dies in dem Moment nicht funktionierte.

Alles in allem bin ich verärgert aus diesem Restaurant gekommen und werde dort wohl nicht erneut essen. Den Lieferdienst kann ich dennoch empfehlen, wenn man die regulären Pizzen (z.B. Salamipizza, Funghi,...
