Unfortunately, not terribly impressed by this restaurant.
Steaks are cooked at the table by yourself - an interesting enough concept, but for the price being paid, I would prefer/expect that the steaks being served would be fully prepared by the kitchen itself (we did not know the setup before booking a table). While the meat itself was of very good quality, being unfamiliar with how hot the stone was or how fast it would cook meat, made it difficult to hit the desired doneness. My thin ribeye went from medium to well done incredibly quickly. They provided no advice in this regards. The meat also was not seasoned well prior to caramelizing in the kitchen, and we had to add salt after the fact.
The cooking process and the specific plating wasn’t explained to us until after the steaks were served. My young son burned his finger on the hot stone before the explanation was done. Something that could have been avoided had they given us some sort of indication of what to expect in advance.
I also noted on my reservation that we were coming for my son's birthday. This was not acknowledged in the least. Even the most basic chain restaurant will do something for you.
When the food was brought to the table, the waiters had no idea who ordered what steak and just said “rib eye” with no other indication. A little difficult when two of us had ordered rib eye. We had to ask them follow-up questions in order to determine what the steak was and thus to whom it belonged. A lack of basic coordination here.
When the server came with our bill, he asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We were going to do so regardless, but this was the first time in Europe when anyone has asked us to leave a gratuity.
On the bright side, service was very nice and quick, and the sauces were excellent. But I would recommend that if you want to go for a nice steak, you may as well spend the same money somewhere else where they will expertly prepare it for you. Otherwise, better off just staying at home and cooking for yourself at...
Read moreDespite receiving recommendation, it was an embarrassing mistake to bring our guests here. Nothing short of a disaster. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait before being seated. When we were given a table, it was in the deep corner indoors where the temperature was unbearable, despite our request for an outdoor table, especially due to having a toddler and a member of our group with a health condition. The waitstaff assured us that we could move outside when a table became available, but when one did, they gave it to another group instead.
When we raised our concerns with the manager, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude as well as an unnecessary high tone on sight and ear of all other customers. Rather than apologizing or making any real effort to accommodate us, he offered to split our group across different tables or that we go to another restaurant. His comment that "This is the policy in this country" and "Why do I have to repeat myself?" was incredibly unprofessional and offensive, directed at us as a diverse and multi racial client group that is quite aware of local policies.
Given the lack of basic hospitality and respect, we took our high end order elsewhere, to a restaurant where we were met with excellent food, outstanding service, and the respect that every customer deserves.
I would not recommend this restaurant if you expect to be met with slightly respectful attitude, especially as...

One of the standout features of this restaurant is that you get to cook your own steak at the table using hot stones. This interactive experience allows you to cook your steak exactly how you like it, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. It's a great way to get involved in the process and have a bit of fun while you're dining.
The variety of cuts available at the restaurant is impressive. They have steaks from various countries, including the US, Argentina, Uruguay, and more. This means you'll be able to try out a variety of flavors and textures, which makes the meal even more exciting.
In addition to the steaks, the side dishes are fantastic. Another unique thing about this restaurant is that you only pay for the sides once, but you can order as many as you want. This is a great value, as the sides are delicious and complement the steaks perfectly.
The design and decor of the restaurant is industrial, which gives it a cool and modern vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal. The lighting is soft and the music is just loud enough to create a pleasant ambiance.
A must-visit for anyone who loves...
