WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Ordered food: received cold after almost 2 hrs lots of red sauce was leaking inside the plastic bad and the wrong food was delivered
I called the restaurant to kindly request a replacement for the one dish and explained what happened. No empathy or apology from the staff on the phone. I was just told it’s not his fault and he’s alone in the restaurant and I shall contact Uber Eats for a replacement…. On a Sunday evening?! We all know how long we have to wait for a reply…
Asked if he could send another driver with replacement food and was told I should come and pick up the food by myself.. in short, dinner ruined!
Went all the way to the restaurant to pick up the replacement just to find out that the restaurant was empty and staff standing around doing nothing.
I spoke with the same guy as on the phone- again super rude behaviour, made fun of the situation and zero apologetic. So I asked for his name and contact details of his manager. First he declined any contact details, second he gave me his wrong name. Only got his right name when asked to write it down (see picture). It’s the same employee who requests us to pay in cash instead of card when dining in… suspicious much…
Long story short, this business has lost two loyal customer and we won’t recommend this place to any friend or family. And to the business owner: train your staff better for customer service or otherwise he’s wrong in his...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Kabul, an Afghan restaurant known for its delicious food and cozy ambiance. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease with the warm and friendly atmosphere. The decor was simple yet tasteful, with a mix of traditional and modern elements that added to the inviting vibe of the restaurant.
But let's get to the main attraction - the food! I ordered the Quabeli with Lamb meat, and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection, and the rice was fluffy and flavorful. The dish was served with a side of vegetables that added a nice touch of freshness to the meal. I also tried some of the other dishes my companions ordered, and they were equally delicious.
The portions at Kabul were decent, but not overly generous. However, the quality of the food more than made up for the quantity. It's worth noting that the prices at Kabul are a bit on the high side, but I would say that the food and ambiance are well worth the price.
Overall, my experience at Kabul was fantastic. The cozy and friendly atmosphere, coupled with the amazing food, made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious Afghan meal in a warm and inviting setting. And if you go, be sure to try the Quabeli with Lamb meat - it's a...
Read moreWhat a fantastic place! I stopped by when a super nice guy, Rahmat, opened the door with a great smile and extended an invitation "to come inside and try some delicious food". From that moment, he made sure it will be an unforgetable experience. The great service included thoughtful recommendations - each dish was really delicious and well prepared, as promised! For starters, the sweet&savory pumpkin dish was spectacular ("Borani Kadu"). For the main dish, he recommended the Quabeli Palau (#40), a wonderful dish of cooked lamb, over brown rice with carrots, raisins, pistachios and spices - with a side of their wonderful house spinach. Everything was masterfully made, with a good mixture of spices and flavours. This is a particularly great dish if you like some sweetness in your food For dessert, Rahmat recommnded the Ferni, a milky, aromatic, delicate, sweet pudding with rose water, pistachios, orange peels, cardamom and saffron - a great ending to a fantastic dinner. The green tea we had was also a great companion to the meal. All in all, a very memorable experience - will...
