I think the reviewers here may be less than familiar with authentic, quality Vietnamese cuisine. I am privileged to live in the Minneapolis area which has a rich and well established Hmong community. This restaurant wouldn't last a week in our city. The pho broth is no more than glorified water. True Pho has been simmered with bones and numerous spices to garner a deep, consumee.
