I very rarely give a bad review because everyone can have a bad day. I used to eat here once a week and the food is of better quality then most of the burger places nearby for a reasonable price. That being said, the older cooks are gone and there are new inexperienced faces behind the counter that change every week. It has been this way for at least 6 weeks and a mistake once in a while is okay but I have only problems since the change. It was very nice and also cheapest full meal during my visit of München. For 9.95€ I got tasty Cheeseburger, box of fries and 0.33l bottle of beverage of my choice. You can choose from 10 different fries dips for free (self-service, you can try all of them like me). Very nice idea. Also staff was very friendly. Cold fries, cold toppings Ate there but still was just given a small box without any tray The table where the sauces were was dirty, ketchup dispenser was faulty. Dirty and cramped, flies were there. Everyone else's trash was on display where the trays were returned.

Super cramped order space, order screens don't have options to remove things from the order I don't want.
