Busy, popular bar and burger place with terrible disorganised service. Rude, inattentive, confused and generally bizarre staff.

There's nothing at all wrong with the food and drink, provided you actually get what you ordered. If anyone actually turns up to take your order that is.

We were greeted with a "hopefully you're going to order food as well as drinks, can't you see we're busy" by the first waiter who finally took our order. We'd only been sat there for 15 minutes.

Second waiter comes along with the drinks, the supposedly non-alcoholic one contains alcohol but he doesn't hang around to rectify it. Instead he spills it on the table and strangely removes all our cutlery before disappearing.

Third waiter comes along and asks if everything is OK, I tell him about the previous mistake, he confirms it's a mistake and goes off to fix it and find out where our food has disappeared to.

First waiter comes back and asks where our food and other drink is. How I'm supposed to know is beyond me. Second waiter comes back with correct drink, third waiter comes out with our food. Still no cutlery until we flag down a fourth member of staff who eventually brings us knives, forks and napkins by which time we've eaten most of the food.

Upon paying, the first waiter assumes he can keep my change as a tip. When he realises that we're not impressed he drops it on the table and walks off without so...

Chips and Burger were "adequate" as in they were of better quality/less greasy than McDonalds next door but actual taste was probably on par. Cocktail was good (but very expensive) and food was cooked fast!

HOWEVER, at the end of the meal the waitress asked how much I would tip. Germany has minimum wage btw so I'm assuming she gets paid adequately enough already especially in such a place as Munich- unless Hans is underpaying!! I said "no tip" as I have not been required to tip at all in Germany nor been asked to (nor do I tip in my own country for that matter) and I'm a poor student who works in fast food as well so I don't have that much money anyways. She gave me the coldest, ugliest look and replied "didn't you like the meal?" I told her numerous times that I did enjoy the meal before this so maybe she has short-term memory... Anyways, left with the worst impression.

Food 3/5 but customer service lowers my rating down to a 1. Protip: If I want to give a tip I do not need to be asked about it, also you do not need to be so rude about it when you don't get...

Decor is great, nice vibe. Staff and Service is good. But ultimately, a restaurant must be judged on its food. Was a busy-ish day, but some empty tables, so; not run off their feet. Ordered a burger (X3), Chicken Burger (X1) and mixed fries. VERY quickly the burgers arrived. Suspiciously quick! Anyways; took a bite, looked at my wife and friend and asked "are your burgers cold?" They replied, "not "cold", but "warm"... I cannot excuse cold/warm food that's supposed to be hot. I sent it back, they didn't charge me. My friends were super hungry, and they ate. Fries were fine, frozen, but tasted nice. My hypothesis about the burgers are, they must also be frozen, then cooked, then stockpiled into a tin (Bain-Marie), ready for when orders are high. If they are going to do this; they need to ensure the BUN is heated, then slightly toasted on top, but when you get a warm burger, cold salad, cold bun.. the sensation of eating is cold. Hence. Hopefully they will learn, but also seen an earlier review about cold food.. so, not...
