Coffee Fellows — Restaurant in Munich

Had a coffee. Cappuccino was a bit expensive and it wasn't a great coffee taste wise. The thing that was upsetting for us as a group was we went down towards the toilet and noticed a sign which said we needed to ask the staff before we could use the toilet. Before we had the opportunity to, however, one of the staff members starting getting very annoyed at us about how 'they work here' and how we had to ask before we used the toilet. His tone was one of accusing us of not being paying customers, which is understandable as I'm sure they get a lot of non-patrons using the toilet given the area and the openness of the cafe. The main issue was that his colleague, the one who had served us, remained silent the whole time and allowed this member of staff to speak to us in this tone of voice. Given the fact he had only served us about 15 minutes before, it is highly unlikely he had totally forgotten who we were. Without this incident, I may have given an extra star or two as we appreciated the outside seating, but this incident ruined our experience and I would not return if I was in...

Quality of products were like I expected. One of the little things that made me unhappy was the less service that you get as customer there. For example nobody was in the front of the line but I got annoyed through the infinite wait. In addition, no shame and no smile. There're other no-gos. The cleanness of this location was pretty bad, few tables were not cleared and few tables were still dirty. In order to finalize my review, one more comment to the wifi at this cafe. After my password request I got only one hour wifi. I don't wanna say free wifi because I paid for the right to get wifi. If I compare this service with other cafes, that is a really bad deal for the customers. In the bottom line, you get less service and quality. I recommend stay away...

Very good coffee as quality But unfortunately very very rude and not professional of barista staff the lady she served us We ask her for two Americano She gave us one full cup and one half cup I ask her why, she said one I put more water as large size Really not barista profession work

My massage to owner to teach the barista how they deal with Customer When we arrived there was a customer before us and she come to us not asking what we would like but she told us we have to order before having seat What the shame

Fellow coffee is very good coffee but really need to train there staff how to deal with customer and make the coffee in barista professional way
